Looks like they caught Mr. Molotov and Mr. Molotov Jr. and for once they are actually facing serious charges AND they are both on USM holds which means they are not being released on bail today.
Ugly Mug Number One belongs to Joseph Robert Sipe, age 23. He is charged with arson, attempted MURDER I (!!!!), attempted assault I, poss destructive device. This appears to be his first protest arrest, so he is coming in with a bang so to speak, and all at the same time going out in a blaze of glory. His only other appearance anywhere else on the internets appears to be this story from 2018 where he witnessed some other lowlives he was hanging out with try to kill each other:
Ugly Mug Number Two belongs to Cyan Waters Bass, age 21. He faces pretty much the same charges minus attempted murder. He is previously best known for coming in 22nd in the Zumiez "Best Foot Forward" competition.
