Well it depends on different factors. These can be things like how much tissue needs be removed, how large are the breasts and what will be done in future. For example in breast reduction surgery anchor cut is pretty standard and those scars are pretty large but mostly covered by the breast.I'm shocked by how awful the scars from FTM top surgery are. Is it really that impossible to remove breast tissue without the massive thick and long scars all the way across the chest? I had always assumed it could be done somewhat like a liposuction with a smaller insertion point. Women who get breast reduction surgery don't end up with scars like that and I've even seen better mastectomies.
