They don't huh? Which states do not REQUIRE background checks at gun shows?
A lot of states do require them....& even in the states that don't require them, those hosting the shows can require them. It's their business & livelihood on the line.
Background checks not withstanding a 4473 is REQUIRED on EVERY firearms transaction whether public ( gun shows) or private sale (private party)

Before talking shit about what you know....go & try it...come back and give a report on your experience.

That said...do you really believe some red white & blue Redneck is gonna sell a candaian tranny ANYTHING...background check or not?

Nevertheless, two of my cousins, both with criminal records, were to get their hands on a gun in freaking California. My point is that while it is very difficult for Jon to get a gun, it is not impossible (not that he'll ever learn to handle one properly).

Here in California, you have to submit to a mini background check every time you buy ammo. It costs a dollar and it's a goddamn racket.

Knowing JY, he'd probably try to sue the gun dealer for transphobia. And he'd livestream the whole thing. And tag the Langley PD, Migraine Ogre, and Amy Hamm.

From off the top of my head, no bump stocks allowed after the Nevada shooting. Ammo also cannot be transported into California from out of state.

The gun show myth is just that, a myth. No different than our boy's a woman.

Yeah it does happen, yet look at reports of the origin of the firearms used by these gangbangers in Detroilet or Chiraq...Not from gun shows, or even holders of an FFL.

As was said earlier about jonny getting one on the black market, I believe that would be his only option
And even then he's probably get robbed before he ever got a gun.

Purchasing a non-restricted firearm (in Canada requires verification of the purchaser holding a PAL. Restricted firearms (handguns, for example) require an RPAL, and paperwork to be submitted and approved by the CFP. As well, an ATT is required prior to the purchaser leaving the place-of-purchase (ie., store) with said handgun. No PAL/RPAL holder (seller) or firearms dealer will skirt the law because the penalties are harsh. Yaniv can aquire a firearm, but it would be done so illegally.

There's no way in hell that Yaniv had a PAL. With the recent court events - even if Yaniv had a PAL - it will have been automatically revoked. The fact that Yaniv got a light sentence is most certainly proof enough that no PAL was ever owned (much harsher sentences if you're a PAL/RPAL holder).

That leave Yaniv with a single course for acquiring a firearm... illegally. No "supplier" of black-market firearms - in their right mind - is going to give lardass an illegal firearm as they know that *when* Yaniv gets arrested, it'll blow back on them.

what the fuck is his obsession about tampons? afaik, he’s asked some women “advice“ about periods and pads/tampons as if he were ever going to actually have a period. Does he actually believe troons have periods? I can totally picture him stuffing a menstrual pad under his ballsack just to get a talking point to some poor lady he’s trying to perv on at the gym.
