That would be their reputation, but most "satanists" are(or were) just really edgy atheists who like(d) annoying more mainstream religious people,(christians included, obviously). That list of rules is about what you'd expect from them(aside from number 7, which is pretty absurd for obvious reasons), basic life advice presented in a edgy way. Of course, now, they've probably been made into the same bland socjus infused soy bullshit that every other amusingly edgy thing from the 90s through the 00s was. 😞
