A transgender girl accused of assaulting two students at a Texas high school alleges that she was being bullied and was merely fighting back

Shocking video shows a student identified by police as Travez Perry violently punching, kicking and stomping on a girl in the hallway of Tomball High School.

The female student was transported to the hospital along with a male student, whom Perry allegedly kicked in the face and knocked unconscious.

According to the police report, Perry - who goes by 'Millie' - told officers that the victim has been bullying her and had posted a photo of her on social media with a negative comment.

One Tomball High School parent whose daughter knows Perry said that the 18-year-old had been the target of a death threat.

'From what my daughter has said that the girl that was the bully had posted a picture of Millie saying people like this should die,' the mother, who asked not to be identified by name, told DailyMail.com.

When Perry appeared in court on assault charges, her attorney told a judge that the teen has been undergoing a difficult transition from male to female and that: 'There's more to this story than meets the eye.'

Perry is currently out on bond, according to authorities.

The video of the altercation sparked a widespread debate on social media as some claim Perry was justified in standing up to her alleged bullies and others condemn her use of violence.

The mother who spoke with DailyMail.com has been one of Millie's most ardent defenders on Facebook.

'I do not condone violence at all. But situations like this show that people now a days, not just kids, think they can post what they want. Or say what they want without thinking of who they are hurting,' she said.

'Nobody knows what Millie has gone through, and this could have just been a final straw for her. That is all speculation of course because I don't personally know her or her family, but as a parent and someone who is part of the LGBTQ community this girl needs help and support, not grown men online talking about her private parts and shaming and mocking her.'

One Facebook commenter summed up the views of many, writing: 'This was brutal, and severe! I was bullied for years and never attacked anyone!'

Multiple commenters rejected the gender transition defense and classified the attack as a male senselessly beating a female.

One woman wrote on Facebook: 'This person will get off because they're transitioning. This is an animal. She kicked, and stomped, and beat...not okay. Bullying is not acceptable, but kicking someone in the head. Punishment doesn't fit the crime.'

Transgender Teen With Pattern of Violence Against Women “Anxious” to be Jailed With Women

IE — Limerick, Munster. A teenager who was “born a male but identifies as a female” is facing four counts of making threats to kill or cause serious harm. The accused, who has demonstrated a pattern of criminal and extreme physical and sexual violence towards women, is eager to be held in female custody while awaiting trial.

Gardaí, the national police service of the Republic of Ireland, says 18-year-old Barbie Kardashian made threats of violence against two individuals in July, August and September of this year. The youth was arrested on the night of Thursday, September 24, and has been remanded into custody. At the time of his arrest, Mr Kardashian was free on bail on charges stemming from sexual assaults on two women.

According to gardaí, the accused young man “made some statements” on the date of his latest arrest “that she did intend to do some harm to herself.” Michèle Finan, solicitor for Mr Kardashian, insists her client would be “exceptionally vulnerable in a prison setting,” and is “very anxious she be detained in a prison facility for females, as she identifies as a female.” The solicitor requested that her client’s “certificate of gender recognition” be submitted to Limerick District Court, which is hearing the case. Presiding Judge Larkin Mary Larkin declined to make a recommendation, stating: “It’s a matter for the prison authorities, I can only make a recommendation that all medical intervention and appropriate detention be given to her in the circumstances.”

The teen, whom Gript reveals was named Alejandro Gentile at birth, has demonstrated a pattern of severe abuse against women. In 2012, the boy was made subject to a care order after violently attacking his own mother. The mother had fled to a women’s refuge with her eight-year-old son in 2010 to escape his abusive father. Staff at the refuge expressed concern about the child’s violence toward his mother. Mother and son moved into a rented accommodation after a year and a half, until he carried out the particularly brutal attack on his mother at age 10. The boy was then placed into care. He continued sharing plans to kill his mother, including a scheme detailed to an aftercare manager that involved obtaining his mother’s new address and gaining entry to the home. At the advice of gardaí, the mother recently fled to a different part of the country to ensure safety from her son. The boy displayed violent and sexual behaviors toward female care staff during his early teens, and maintained a list of care staff he intended to harm.

On May 1 of last year, the 17-year-old was a backseat passenger in a car when, suddenly and without provocation, he lunged forward and dug his nails into the eyes of the female care worker driving the vehicle. The teen boy “wrapped her legs around the victim’s head and chest, refusing to let go, and bit the care worker on the hand” while threatening to kill her. The care worker was left with torn eyelids. “Clumps” of hair had been ripped from her scalp. The woman had to be hospitalized. Mr Kardashian expressed regret at having failed to kill the victim, telling gardaí that it had been “music to her ears to hear [the care worker] scream and cry.” He served five months in detention for the crime. An assessment following the attack found that the youth did not have a mental illness. However, the teen had been exposed to “extreme depravity and domestic violence” from a young age. His parents were said to have been “locked into a sadomasochistic relationship.” His mother described his father as violent and controlling.

The boy’s father had prevented his mother from breastfeeding her infant son or holding him when he cried. The father physically and emotionally abused his son throughout childhood. He eventually recruited his son to join him in the abuse of his mother, who had been the child’s “only source of benign interaction.” Through the years, the youth has repeatedly expressed a wish to rape and murder women. Mr Kardashian was the subject of a nationwide bulletin on September 24. The public was warned that he had been released into the community from a secure unit for children, and presented a “grave risk” to women. The youth has “repeatedly expressed intention to take her own life with the date identified as being on her release from Oberstown detention centre.” However, he contended on several occasions before the court that the suicide threats were meant to help him get his way, and were never seriously intended. Gardaí have said they will make “strenuous objections” if Mr Kardashian applies for bail.

This is absolutely horrifying to read. We have proof that this "Barbie Kardashian" has been dangerous for years. He's openly stated that it brought him joy to inflict pain on women and that it pleases him to hear them cry. He's openly talked about his disturbing rape and murder fantasies. And yet despite how dangerous this guy is, we still have to call him "She" and allow him to go to the women's prison. To see people worry about deadnaming him and respecting his "right" to go to a female prison, rather than worry more about the real women he's going to try to rape and murder.... I cannot even put into words how dark that is. This is like peak clown world.

My complaint other than the entire fucking idea of putting men into womens prison is that with this legislation they dont have to have a history of identifying as a woman to be put in a woman prison. That makes easy for actual abusers and rapists to get into womens prison. It even defeats the purpose of keeping transgender women safe when anyone who just says theyre a woman can get in thereby putting transgender women in the same prison as the male abusers they complain about.

Isnt it already super easy to change your gender on your drivers license in CA anyway? Why not just go by that?

I call this ‘POGD’ - Prison Onset Gender Dysphoria.

The Harvard-trained faggot kike once again proposes degenerate, unworkable, and dangerous scheme.

I don't want to be some screaming /pol/ack but look at this fucker's legislative career to-date:

2017: Criminalize misgendering troons
2017: Decriminalized knowingly donating HIV-blood.
2017: Misdemeanor for knowingly spreading HIV
2017: Adds 'nonbinary' (mentally unhinged) as a third-gender to state documents
2018: Made Lunar New Year a state-mandated holiday (ChiComs stand up!)
2018: Sponsored a bill to allow illegal aliens to run for Democrat Party positions
2018: No registration for sex offenders if the offender is, at most, 10 years older than the minor (who ordered the cheese pizza from Papa MAPpi's?)
2019: Attempts to ban single-family housing zoning (Live in pods, eat bugs, suck HIV cock, bigots)
2019: Drumpf must file his income tax returns with California...which we will promptly leak to the Lugenpresse (but only Drumpf, not Assemblyxirs or State Senators)
2020: Stunning and brave troons can go to whatever prisons they want

2026: Scott Wiener is elected Governor of the Super-HIV-Coronavirus-infested, poverty-stricken hellscape known as California. Signs an executive order stating that all Californians shall worship Slaanesh in all of its omnisexual glory.

NGOs should be banned from receiving government money or foreign funding.
If there was any justice in this world, Wiener would be strung by his intestines to the side of a courthouse like Christmas lights.

In Roblox.

Gov. Gavin Newsom signed a law on Saturday requiring California to house transgender inmates in prisons based on their gender identity — but only if the state does not have "management or security concerns."

The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation houses men and women in separate facilities. Transgender inmates are often housed based on their sex assigned at birth. Advocates say this is dangerous, particularly for transgender women housed in facilities for men.

The law Newsom signed Saturday says officers must ask inmates privately during the intake process if they identify as transgender, nonbinary or intersex. Those inmates can then request to be placed in a facility that houses either men or women.

The law says the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation cannot deny those requests solely because of inmates' anatomy, sexual orientation or "a factor present" among other inmates at the facility.

But the state can deny those requests if it has "management or security concerns." If a request is denied, the state must give the inmate a written statement explaining the decision and give the inmate a "meaningful opportunity" to object.

Sen. Scott Wiener, a Democrat from San Francisco who authored the bill, said he doesn't expect that exception to be used very often.

"It's just a false narrative about transgender people and about transgender women in particular that they're somehow not really women and are just trying to scam their way into women's bathrooms or facilities in order to do bad things," Wiener said.

"Overwhelmingly the people who are being victimized are trans people."

At any time, if inmates raises concerns about their health or safety, the law says the state must reassess where they are housed.

"It means a lot to me and my sisters," said Michelle Calvin, a transgender woman incarcerated at Mule Creek State Prison who recently called in to a news conference about the bill. "I've been in for 15 years. I've been through the abuse, I've been through the disrespect of staff not addressing me for who I am because I am a woman."

Connecticut passed a similar law in 2018. Rhode Island, New York City and Massachusetts have also housed inmates based on their gender identity.

The law also requires officers to address transgender inmates based on the pronouns of their choice. And it requires officers to search inmates based on the search policy of their gender identity.

The law was one of several LGBT-related laws Newsom signed on Saturday. He signed another law authored by Wiener requiring local public health officers to better track how diseases are affecting the LGBT community. He signed a law authored by state Sen. Lena Gonzalez to ban life and disability insurance companies from denying coverage solely because someone is HIV positive.

And Newsom signed a law authored by Assemblyman Miguel Santiago that sets up a Transgender Wellness and Equity Fund to provide grants to organizations that support the transgender community.
I personally wonder how "gender fluids" are going to be handled. Like if I decided I felt like a girl the day I was booked and sent to lady prison, do I stay in lady prison even if I'm a man the next day? Would they have to transfer me to man prison? Could I waste their time and resources by changing genders every day?

Jesus fucking Christ how can you be this braindead and not see this mong just wants an endless string of rape and murder victims?

Pretty optimistic of him to think he'll have pussy on tap in the women's prison; the inmates will be the ones giving the beatings.

Then he'd rape people with a knife. This guy is a complete psycho.

Much as I, too, enjoy the idea of giving "Barbie" a DIY orchiectomy with a set of hedge clippers, you're right. The only solution to a human being so profoundly damaged they scarcely merit the classification is the Ol' Yeller treatment. This guy will be a DEFCON-1 level threat to women until the day he dies, being perfectly realistic.

I hope this is true, but I have some doubts. First off, given the TRA insanity, I doubt they would do anything that would put this freak in harms way, even if they know he deserves it. They don't want to end up canceled or sued for "transphobia." They will watch him closely, but even that won't stop him from abusing women. Not sure about Ireland prisons, but in the states they are always woefully understaffed and thus cannot be around to constantly monitor one bad prisoner. At some point, this guy will find an opportunity to be alone with vulnerable women and he will harm them. Even if he did manage to somehow constantly be watched, this guy doesn't care about consequences and will not hesitate to attack someone even if he knows someone will stop him a second later. He only needs a moment to seriously harm someone.

Also, not sure what Ireland's female prison population looks like, but I doubt it's filled with strong muscle builders. Slight PL, but I had to visit a female prison for work related reasons. Most of the women there did not look like the type that would be able to hold their own against a young man, even if it was 3 against one. Think of the tiny and anorexic looking woman in there for drugs, or the tired frumpy older woman there for identity theft, etc.; they wouldn't stand a chance against an 18 year old man.

Not only that, but most of the women there had children and were trying to get out early to get back to their family. No way would they do anything (like attempt to beat up a rapist inmate) and risk a longer stint in prison.

(This all assumes Ireland prisons are anything like the states. I could be way off base here. Would be awesome if this disgusting freak got beat up.)

Yeah, it's like how people like to talk about Yaniv getting beaten up in prison (which, given Canada, would definitely be a women's prison). But, come on, the dude is absolutely massive, and most women are in prison for non-voilent crimes (the real women, anyway).

Are their max security women prisons anything like ours? If so they could just shank him to death.

I haven’t looked into Ireland specifically but I doubt it’s much different to NI/Scotland/England/Wales, where the majority of female prisoners are incarcerated for non-violent offences, such as receiving stolen goods, drugs & non-payment of fines.
the U.K. doesn’t even have anything equivalent to the male estate’s maximum security for women because the handful of women whose crimes would warrant it generally have male accomplices and tend to behave themselves when they get to an all-female environment.
Theoretically, a woman too violent to be managed in the female estate can be transferred to a specialist separate unit in the male estate, but none are*. It‘s a good ‘equality’ workaround for keeping violent troons who are legally female out of women’s prisons though (but can only be used for ‘Category A’ offenders, I presume). Barbie will be no more than cat C until he attacks someone inside and gets bumped up. Inevitable, I would imagine.

What he really needs is a secure psychiatric facility where he can be held long term, without actually having to commit a murder and be tried and convicted, although having a personality disorder rather than a mental illness makes that difficult. Wherever he is held it needs to be in some kind of limited unit in the male estate - probably with other trans/gay men/sex offenders etc. These tend to be away from the meatheads and with higher supervision ratios. From reading the court report he clearly needs to be with male staff too, whereas women’s prisons tend to be 50/50 male/female staff. For fucks sake don’t let him near any pregnant prisoners or facilities with mother and baby units.

There are at least two (proper, actual, butch lesbian) terves with professional experience of prisons, Rhona Hotchkiss, former governor of a Scottish female prison and Ann Ruzylo, former warden.
Prison expert Richard Garside has been very clear on his position (new article): https://www.crimeandjustice.org.uk/resources/welcome-shift-transgender-debate
Francis Cook of the Howard League for Penal Reform is also outspoken on the subject:

It’s absolutely fucking crackers that civil servants and Stonewall lobbyists have had so much say when anyone who knows anything about prisons and prisoners can see this whole trans thing is an absolute shitshow.

Maybe they should call his bluff and give him the ol' snipperino. I'd be perfectly fine with my tax dollars going to castrate someone like this.

Considering that a big chunk of MtF prisoners happen to be sex offenders, a campaign to greatly increase the number of prison MtFs getting castrated and ruining their sexual urges with hormones doesn’t actually sound like a bad idea.

Vaginoplasty is a human right maybe?

https://www.theblaze.com/news/newsom-transgender-prison-inmates-california-law

California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) signed a new law on Saturday allowing transgender inmates to be placed in prisons based on their gender identity.

Previously, the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation housed men and women in separate correctional facilities, and transgender inmates were housed based on their biological sex. The new California law will allow transgender inmates to be housed based on their gender identity rather than their sex assigned at birth.

The Transgender Respect, Agency, and Dignity Act notes that officers must privately ask inmates during the intake process on how they identify as. Transgender, nonbinary, or intersex inmates can request to be placed in a facility that houses either men or women based on how they identify as.

The law says the CDCR cannot deny requests for the preferred prison based solely on the inmates' anatomy, sexual orientation, or "a factor present" among other inmates at the facility, the law states.

However, the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation can deny the request of preferred prison if there is "management or security concerns." If a request is denied, the state must give the inmate a written statement explaining the decision and give the inmate a "meaningful opportunity" to object, The Hill reported. If at any time the inmates raise concerns about their health or safety, the state must reassess their housing, according to the law.

The law also requires officers to do body search on inmates based on the search policy of their chosen gender identity.

The law also requires officers to address transgender inmates based on the pronouns of their choice.

Sen. Scott Wiener, a Democrat from San Francisco who authored the bill, said that SB 132 would protect "particularly trans women who are subject to high levels of assault and harassment in men's facilities."

"It's just a false narrative about transgender people and about transgender women in particular that they're somehow not really women and are just trying to scam their way into women's bathrooms or facilities in order to do bad things," Wiener said. "Overwhelmingly the people who are being victimized are trans people."

Opponents of the law, such as Chris Bish, Republican candidate for California's 6th congressional district, claim that the law puts biological female inmates at risk, especially for sexual assault.
Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York City, and Rhode Island have similar laws where inmates are housed based on gender identity and not biological sex.

Here is also the link of the law via the Governor of California's (official I presume) website if you don't care for TheBlaze's take : https://www.gov.ca.gov/2020/09/26/g...ngthening-protections-for-lgbtq-californians/
