This just looks like a house you'd see in a more rural area that has either been lived in for awhile or past through several generations, see them all the time when visiting my grandparents. These guys need to take a step outside the city for once in their life. I'm more and more understanding the general dislike of "city folk" that people living in the country feel, always claiming to know what's best for them while having a general disgust for the "hicks" and how they go about their life.

I remember my grandparents holding a dislike for the campground near where they live because it's typically populated with city folk wanting to "experience the rustic charm of the countryside" yet they would constantly complain about things like the smell from the freshly manured fields surrounding the area because it "ruined the experience" of their retreat to the country. Local farmers took great joy in spreading the pig shit extra strong whenever campers starting showing up in the hopes they'd pack up and leave.
