Vtubers as a concept will go on just fine, but graduating Coco would irreparably damage Hololive as a brand and make everyone outside of China hate Cover's guts. Naturally there's a good possibility they'll do it because Japanese suits are dumb motherfuckers.

I imagine some within the company are already looking for an excuse to get rid of her due to her reputation as a maverick.

Isn't there some sort of Nip's proverb or something about nail sticking out and needed to be hammered, so yeah it wont be a surprised if there's going to be Mano Aloe 2.0
 
This is just hearsay but there seem to be gayops afoot.

Translates: The mainland chinese come up with new plan
1.Create new account and pretend to be oversea people Taiwan or China
2.Go to twitter,reddit and youtube create racist comment while complain why Cover bow down to CCP
3.spam COCO No.1 in other vtuber chats to create hated toward Coco
4.Convince people to stop donate SC to hololive and cancel membership and tell that it's because of Coco suspension I don't want to support anymore
5.Create a insult meme and post it on reddit example Coco and yagoo sleep on Superchat money or Coco and Fubuki jealous at HoloEN
And we have a problem in Gen3-5 and holostars chat have a spammer spam insult comment and they not have enough mod to get rid of it

If you want to have fun, call it the "Mainland Area." That's the RoC's (Taiwanese government's) current term for the areas currently under "bandit" occupation. The RoC has its own one-China policy, but it believes it is the legitimate government of it, so it makes no sense to call that area "China."
