Boogie / Boogie2988 / "Francis" / Steven Jason Williams - Fat, Rapidly Declining Divorced "Nice Guy" Middle-Aged Youtuber, Former Edgy Porn Blogger, lied about having cancer and being molested. Cohost of fake drama show "Lolcow Live (LCL)". Just WILL NOT die.

So what are the odds somebody gets charged? Either Boogie for brandishing a weapon, or Frank for harassment and trespassing.

Also anybody else think Boogie probably shit himself when firing?
I'm actually struggling to figure out if this being real or fake is the more stupid option. If this is real, boogie is an absolute retard who needs a 24/7 tard wrangler and if it's fake and they fired a blank into the air, then boogie just became corn for Frank and Keem. What a shitshow.

Either way he wasn't defending himself. He went out of his way to make this situation worse for him well before the doorstep confrontation.
Sounds like it escalated after Boogie threatened to shoot too. As much as Fatty-fatty-fence-sitter wants special treatment for being an internet pseudo celebrity, I think any sane person would say that showing up uninvited and yelling at him is very different from showing up with weapons or a home invasion.

Very unfamiliar with Boogie, but i got sucked into this story and am absolutely fascinated

Isn't there a lawyer advising Boogie to get off the internet and stop making statements, stop releasing footage, stop tweeting, stop giving interviews, making videos, and reiterating to the world that he used deadly force in a situation that did not reasonably call for it?

this would have been less of a mess if he'd just shot Frank outright, and then called the cops and an attorney.
He wanted to be good guy AND tough guy (with a gun).
Also,
From Boogie's perspective: What's the point of doing anything if you can't profit from it. That's why he's DMing exclusive clips to the largest channels on the internet.

Proper course of action would be: "Stop bothering me, I am calling the police" and proceed to call the police.
But, you can't get on Keemstar doing that...

*edit* very surprised at the ratings! Is it my opinion of Frank being a fucking retard, Boogie being in the right to defend himself, or my internet tough-guy statement of what I would do to someone threatening me who then came to my door that you object to?
he would have found 20 inches of my Japanese pattern-folded steel ō-wakazashi (NOT a mall ninja Chinese replica) in his belly without so much as a word on my part.

I think unironically talking about teleporting behind your "enemies" with your 10-million-times-folded katana whispering "Nothin' personnel" is where your post descended into autism.

The odds are pretty high as far as I can see. There's making a false police report, brandishing a weapon, firing a warning shot/negligent discharge, trespass, various death threats, assault, and God knows what else.

If it's fake it seems like Boogie and Frank broke laws. If it's real they broke laws. The only one who'll smarm his way out of it would be Keem who'll say he believed Boogie because he's a good person and Boogie lied to him and he's shocked that Boogie would be so manipulative. Even though he's previously pointed out that Boogie lies and is manipulative and only used this shitshow to try to promote Storyfire and is far from being a good person.

And you'd have to be a fucking idiot to make a false police report in the US. No matter how careful you are with burner phones the odds are the powers that be will still be able to catch you. And even Keem is at risk if there are DMs between him and Boogie or Frank where they worked out how to stage it. All that shit is visible to law enforcement.

This is like a lame version of 'but I didn't shoot the deputy'

I don't think the gunshots sounding goofy is
evidence one way or the other. Gunshots record like shit, especially on shitty onboard mics, plus wasn't that recorded through boogie's shirt pocket?

I don't think it's faked, it would kill Frank's brand if it came out that it was. When/if we see the GoPro footage then we'll know.

I kind of want to see this fat fuck get what he has coming to him after years of lying about having a hit put on him, and other similar shit. For once he actually gets harassed and threatened and ends up putting himself in a situation where he had a good chance of getting in trouble instead of just calling the police (if it's real). Bonus points if it's fake if and they're both in trouble for staging a shooting and false police reports.

I'm actually looking forward to Boogie testifying if there's a trial where he'll probably go on about being a YouTuber to get special treatment and act as if it's a get out of jail free card. I assume it would just be a fine or some other slap on the wrist, but the idea of Boogie going to jail over something so stupid is pretty amusing.

Onboard mics (and even camera mounted ones) are only there for speech intelligibility. They lack lows and mids, use tiny tinny sounding electret elements, and have really bad low and mid frequency reproduction and really big high end boost. I imagine a lot of the frequencies in the popping sound of a handgun live in the low mids, especially from a distance where the high end would drop off significantly. So a gunshot recording sounding funny probably won't be admissible evidence for it being fake, but they're also not going to get audio engineers inputs on it, so who knows, it might end up holding up.

I haven't recorded gunfire audio, or EQ'd legit recordings, so I can't actually say for a fact why it could sound funny on a recording. Especially from a distance. But I can say with certainty that a low SPL onboard mic doesn't capture any audio particularly well, so I wouldn't expect a gun to sound natural on them.

Told ya, fuckin told ya. Of course it's going to be edited. Release the raw footage you fake faggot.
In a legal scenario, Frank would release the raw footage. Editing the video only serves the purpose of sensationalizing the encounter for pure entertainment. Frank either doesn't give a fuck on what happens to him legally, or the whole thing was staged. I believe it's the later. Frank probably thinks this stunt is gonna boost the popularity of Nu-MDE.

Im struggling more to figure out if boogie is fucking the air conditioner dude, because it sounds like bullshit, the dude said "go safety on that" referring to the gun, Boogie like "Okey, is it locked and ready? i just pull the trigger?", what was the point to lie that hes to check on the air conditioner?, or nowdays every mechanic carries a revolver just in case, also the dude holding the dog sounded very fag and beta.
If i was checking on a fat fuck air conditioner i wouldnt want to deal with this shit, im like man just dont open the door and call the cops. And if it happens that i carry a revolver im not fucking gonna give it to you.

I'll just say that everyone in this is retarded.

But I will say if this was all real, to laugh when a guns pointed at you by someone threatening you online 24 hours or so before and shrug off a warning shot is something else. The joke that Frank served is funny and all, but someone like him would be genuinely terrifying in uniform with an automatic weapon.

This is a common misconception. In criminal cases whether charges are pressed is up to the local DA, not the victim. The victim can refuse to cooperate, which functionally makes many charges unprosecutable, but that decision itself is not in their hands. Considering there are two videos, both of which the police likely already have assuming this is actually being investigated it wouldn't matter if neither hassel or boogie cooperate. There is enough for a DA to choose to prosecute assuming there is an appropriate charge. For that reason I REALLY don't think this is fake, if it was they would be taking a huge risk that the DA says fuck you fakers i'm prosecuting for something anyway. A shot went off, whether it was a blank or not, as proven by the police report.
Would either Boogie of Hassle realize that though. As you say, it's a common misconception and neither of these fine gentlemen comes of as the best and brightest society has to offer.

I can't quite make up my mind on if the whole thing is staged or not. Boogies ardent denial tips me towards it being staged. I mean, has that guy ever told the truth about anything?

Boogie is a fucking pussy not a School shooter, calm down your tits, there is worst people in america having an arsenal of automatic weapons and do nothing.

Well I was more thinking of just opening the door and sticking my hypothetical intruder with it, I'm not ninja stealthy but fair enough. Internet tough guy 4tl. I usually know better.

Yes, him miraculously discovering his balls and gleeful enthusiasm is the biggest giveaway to it being fake as fuck. Boogie is ecstatic he’s meme famous.

He fucking melts and cries over petty online BS. Yet when someone confronts him at his front door he becomes Dirty Harry? Then he remains so calm and cool after this confrontation he gets all his Ring footage off to Kemstar before the cops even turn up?

They probably could have pulled it off but were chomping at the bit so hard after they did the “big scene” and they couldn’t contain themselves. They gave no thought to how people actually behave after a real confrontation, realistic fears, concerns and nerves. Instead they behaved exactly like gleeful theater performers who really thought they pulled off the big climatic scene and couldn’t wait another second for all the applause/attention.

“Keem, green light, we did it great in the first take!!! Just wait till you see the ring footage I’m sending. It will go viral af. Frank got a great still for the memes too. Start teasing it on twitter.”

Boogie tells himself he’s just like Andy Kaufman. Keem thinks this is just what the WWF sells. Idk enough about Frank, maybe he watched too much Jackass growing up.

Boogie's online persona in general is fake. You can see instances of him going from crying to threatening and back again. Pretty much trying to say anything he can to get the other person on his side in some way, whether it's getting the other person to sympathize or to just lay off. But that doesn't work as well with people that don't understand boundaries and drive over a hundred miles to show up on your doorstep.

So if you feel Boogie's crying online and fence sitting was genuine rather than just him acting on some level, then the way he behaved in the real world encounter is going to look really unnatural. But I have a hard time imagining most of these professional victims as being as fragile as they want others to believe, they seem too narcissistic for it.

Another schizo take from me: he pissed himself when the shot went off or some such and he's trying to fill the vid with memes to distract people from that. If you listen to the audio, his attitude had an immediate shift after the shot went off. He wasn't laughing immediately after like a lot of the a logs are claiming he was.
