I'm not saying you intentionally created a bullshit GIF to fabricate drama, but I find it pretty goddamn suspicious that I had to tamper with the frames to get a result that looks anything like yours. Maybe your software is just weird, or maybe mine just doesn't pick up on whatever magical ghost frame you put in your GIF. I downloaded the vid, pulled it into vlc and went frame by frame, took screenshots of those two frames and put it into this imgflip website. Maybe VLC interpolated frames by itself?
Either way, I dont have the time of day to edit a gif together to make boogie look bad. Hes already doing a great job doing just that.
You put some effort into your post though, if I hadn't already watched Franks Video, this would've convinced me that I was wrong.

Boogie had some weird obsession with constantly begging Frank to not harm his dog or family even though neither of them were mentioned by him. It's just boogie saying shit so he can paint out the situation as someone whos coming to harm everything he loves so he can garner sympathy points for the less interested people who don't really look too deep into the situation.
