This guy laughed at Trump getting Corona and got called out on the page for being a shit heel and had this little meltdown.

Mark Hamill/Ozai is also pretty big on TDS, so maybe it runs in the Fire Nation's blood. At least Zuko's VA seems pretty uninvolved with politics, and Mako/Iroh would probably be the same.
He is like the joker he wants to cause anarchy and upset the established order

Yup. Very aware that Mark Hamill is terminal with TDS. Same goes with Steve Blum, he got particularly vile on Twitter around the time of the 2016 election that I was quick to unfollow it. There's just something in the air with Hollywood that even voice actors get a self-inflated ego that they think they can look down on the rest of America. I hope more VAs say some really irredemably vile shit in celebration of Trump catching COVID so I can forever shed any admiration I still have left for them.
Tara strong has been silent she to has TDS

As much as I want to believe in Trumps amazing powers of 4D chess, I just cannot understand how, when challenged on the debate stage to denounce white supremacy, he can't say something like:

"As I said when talking about Charlottesville, I absolutely denounce violent extremists, whether they be ANTIFA or Neo-Nazis; White Supremacy, Black Supremacy, any kind of supremacy. America is the greatest melting pot in the world. I employ people of all colours and religions ... etc."

Did he not prepare at all? Did they not think this subject might come up? Can't he just pull the foot from his mouth for a split second?

Can we maybe please get Kayleigh as the deepfake actor for the quarantine debate?

ETA: I'd pay a lot to see a McEnany vs. Biden debate.
I don't think 'opinions on white supremacy' was listed as one of the debate topics. They were probably told there would be questions about the riots, but those are the fault of ANTIFA and BLM, not 'white supremacists'. Trump was ready to talk about ANTIFA and BLM, but both Wallace and Biden shouted him down when he tried to bring it up. The question about white supremacists was absolutely made to knock him off-kilter.

Which it kiiiinda did, but even so, Wallace says, "Mr. President, do you vow, here and now, to condemn white supremacists?" and Trump, without hesitation, says, "Sure, sure." But Wallace ignores the answer and keeps repeating the question as though it went unanswered before he switched to condemning 'white supremacist groups'. When asked to name them, Wallace just kept on saying "are you going to do it?" It was eating up Trump's response time and trampling over his attempts to turn the conversation toward the actual perpetrators.

I think he could've handled the question better, but given the circumstances, this seems like it was a trap, and no matter what his response would have been they'd have spun it to make him look bad. It's the same tactic they've been trying to use since 2016, and it's still not going to work because his actual base doesn't believe this bullshit and anybody who already hates him... already hates him. It wasn't a question that was meant to sway anybody one way or another, they were just trying to spring a trap.

Because it never ends there. He's been asked that before, after all. He's asked it ALL THE TIME. Hell, WALLACE HIMSELF asked the exact same thing in 2016 during the debates. It wasn't about getting him to denounce it, or about raising the issue to inform the American voters. It was about trying to get another "fine people" sound byte they could edit and twist into an attack. The SECOND Trump denounced the Proud Boys Biden IMMEDIATELY whipped around, looked at Trump for the first time that night, and grinned a big ol' shit eating grin.

Trump's a brash bull in a china shop, but Biden's a bully -- a cowardly little weaselly fuck who pretends to be nice but the second he thinks he has power over you, will abuse it. He's famous for trying to bully and smack around people in debate stages. That's how I absolutely know, without a shadow of a doubt, that he did shove his fingers up Tara Reade's snatch without permission. It's the EXACT sort of thing he'd do to someone he felt he had power over. There are probably dozens of other women he has sexually assaulted who are still true enough believers that they won't come forward; to say nothing about the fucking SNIFFING thing. He HAS to know that upsets women and kids. In fact, I bet that's 90% of the appeal. Him being able to do something to them, to invade their personal space in such an intimate way, a way that will stick with them for weeks if not months afterwards, and they can't do shit to stop him, and they both know it. It's about power.

On some level, Biden's entire evening hinged around getting Trump to say something they could twist. That's why the media and the DNC talking heads IMMEDIATELY tried to turn it into Fine People 2.0. But it's too much of a stretch, and no one outside of Twitter knows who the fuck the Proud Boys are. And the Proud Boys are smart, they immediately embraced it AND immediately joined in a Black Lives Matter sub-group that appears to either be non-Marxist or part of the Walkaway movement and denounced White Supremacy. That entire thread is basically dead, AND the Proud Boys got a huge boost out of it.

"How DARE Fox not smear Trump in a way that corresponds to my fantasy about how virus transmission works!"
All of the reactions this morning should make it obvious that the right should have gone even harder on Ginsburg than they did. Some vestiges of principled conservatism are lasting longer than others. Still, it's funny to see the people that were crying about respect last week acting the way they are today. Nothing ever changes.

As a person who did actually gain a small group of fans and appreciation for my work before I quit (I was a writer and artist) I will admit that I was tempted to sperg out about left leaning politics at the time not so much because I believed in them, but because I felt like it would make me look cool. Kind of like how edgy kids back in the day would dress up in Hot Topic garb. I think that’s the mentality that goes into these people who gain or have influence, they don’t actually know or care to know what‘s actually happening because they don’t really need to; it just makes them look cool. But I decided against it because I eventually came to hate twitter and the monster it was making me.

Sorry to power level but I thought that would set things into perspective.

Hoping for headlines like this:
White House Insider: Trump faked COVID test. "I want a holiday damn it!"
Snopes: Did Donald Trump have a $[big number] golf simulator installed in the White House? Status: Unverified.

Exactly. This comes up again and again. So why doesn't he have the perfect canned answer? Or a whole set of them. Something short and effective he can rattle off at every opportunity, making sure to paint ANTIFA as Nazis. It's such low-hanging fruit that you just know the hacks are going to bring it up every chance. As they do.

Scott Adams had insight into this today, actually. It was about refusing to allow them to force him into their framing. "Do you denounce X? Y? Z? WHAT ABOUT THE BREITBART, DO YOU DENOUNCE THE BREITBART!!?! THE GOP'S FULL OF NAZIS, DO YOU DENOUNCE THE REPUBLICAN PARTY?!!?!"

It's a well known media trap and Trump was trying to figure out a way out of it on the fly.

"I don't know much about the Proud Boys, but if you say so I denounce them." Is pretty good, when you take a step back from it. It completely takes the power out of the denouncement. They can't use it as a weapon because he flippantly, but not TOO flippantly, showed that he'd denounce whomever they told him to. He made it meaningless.

Which is why it already faded away down the memory hole. It ultimately isn't something the left can use, no matter how giddy that senile old fuck on the left got over Trump saying it.

Faster than usual turnaround time on them abandoning their fake respect for life and fake empathy after Ruth Bader Ginsburg was finally admitted to be dead. Also amusing to see some of them get so happy that they think Trump's already wormfood that they're admitting their supposed respect for life and empathy is and always has been fake.

Minimum wage, right now earns more than enough money to live with comforts and luxuries greater than the kings of medieval europe.
Yes, because some how earning barely enough to pay for your share of rent in a shady apartment is the same as having your own castle with jesters, jugglers, hunting grounds and the finest foods money can buy

While your command of Disney's take on history is impressive, I'll point out that your rent is probably still less than the taxes the lesser royalty had to pay to the king, your shady apartment probably has AC and heat and is likely nearby to a free clinic that even if they'll only give you a shot of antibiotics is still capable of extending your life far beyond a medieval noble's, and more is probably down the street from a supermarket full of food that you won't have to hunt and skin yourself and won't be full of parasites.

And if you're so butthurt about lacking a jester, then I'd suggest buying a full length mirror.

Don't forget fresh food all year round, no matter the season, for much cheaper and of a better quality, with more nutrients and incredibly cheap spices. We can speak to anybody anywhere at the speed of light, see anybody anywhere, and travel rapidly. We have indoor plumbing and clean water.

We are much more wealthy than medieval kings and we all take it for granted.

Having AC and being able to go to the supermarket isn’t very special if everyone has access to it, people only feel as wealthy compared to others. Besides I’d take living in a castle and having my own retinue of knights over AC and going to Walmart tbh
