Call me a crazy conspiracy theorist and I’m probably late on this but when the news initially broke my first thought was ‘What if they had used Biden as a sort of sacrificial pawn, the debate being a pretense to get them together so that they could all but assure Trump could be infected by an infected Biden’. I know it sounds nutty but it would be a pretty cool story if it were true.

Check mark Twitter is claiming Trump is a liar, he doesn't have the Rona, and it's being put on because he scared to debate Joe and he's looking for sympathy bucks.

The more sane leftists, and I know there aren't that many, admit they have a problem.

They can downplay the whole thing, that Trump catching Covid is really no bigee, and we shouldn't be feeling any sympathy for him. The problem with that is that it contradicts everything they've been screaming for the past six months, that Covid is the Spanish flu, that even if it doesn't kill you it leaves you a diseased cripple for months after so lockdowns for ever more.

Or they can play up the danger, that Trump is near death because of the dreaded coof, but it's his own fault for not wearing a mask. The risk there is that when Trump makes a full recovery, despite being old and fat (which the left claims guarantees you'll die) he ends up looking like Superman who bitch slapped the Rona.

Either way he wins.
