What it boils down to. If someone looks at the "peaceful" arsons and lootings but still believes Trump is a "white supremacist", they have to have completely overdosed on Kool-Aid.

One of the reasons I shit on shoe0nhead so hard for her communist dog whistling is the fact that she must be pretty dumb if she doesn't see this crap, or she's aware but just... a sell out?

If this were ten years ago, yeah sure, I wouldn't even question Proud boys or boogaloos as being "racist," but now? Seems a lot more like the MSM is lying to make people think BLM is somehow justified. "Look, the boogeyman was totally real the whole time!" :story:

'antifa is just an idea' is more like a dishonest talking point than it is anything immediately alarming, something more equivalent would be something like Bernie Sanders saying 'antifa must prepare themselves'.
Side note but I don't get what the obsession with 'antifa' is, the looting and burning is being done by anarchists in general as well as criminals not just people who are active members of antifa phantom cells.

Condemning white supremacists and telling the proud boys to "stand back and stand by" is alarming, but refusing to acknowledge the organizational structure of antifa isn't? Is that just because antifa has not committed all of the violence and looting? How would that metric apply to the proud boys who have barely committed any of the violence in the last 5 months?

Nobody knows who the proud boys are, and the president of the country just told them to stand back and stand by. Not acknowledging the organisational structure of a terrorist collective is a detail, not something with any immediacy, there's no command to it.

You know, it really sucks when the general public is ignorant about a topic. If only there were some sort of "media" that could accurately and succinctly explain political topics so that the public could better keep informed.

The media has irreversibly destroyed its credibility to the point where people aren't even sure if a virus is real. Expecting them to be able to inform people on political topics is extremely optimistic, they themselves are uninterested in being informed.

Agreed. I think I said it before in a post that was randomly deleted because jannies couldn't be arsed to distinguish between posts reacting to bait and others, but taking a look at cryptids (and other fringe things like UFOs and whatnot) in a rational manner from both sides (the whole "is real"/"is fake" format) might be a decent niche for this guy among the Youtube sceptics.
