I fucking knew this would happen. He doesn't say it specifically, but the meaning is still there: "I'm 100 bucks in the red, and you guys need to cover that up, I really need your help". Fucking gross. I'm listening to the video as I type and was about to say that at least he didn't try to scam his wheelchairs and try to force them to donate the double tips goal to make up for, but I gave him too much credit. He fucking said that he's finally making profit on the stream after the goal was met, this man is beyond hope.

A normal person would realise that a negative balance on PayPal doesn't mean that he's broke and in danger, but his fans aren't normal people. I wonder if this scam would even work if his fans wasn't a collection of literal retarded and socially inept mongoloids. Jesus Christ.

If there really is a sudden increase of multiple chargebacks initated against Phil then I'm willing to be that someone at the chargeback department at PayPal are looking closer at it, maybe not with an intention to kick him off, but at least with an interest to see what's happening. I'm seriously tempted to look up his account next time I can and see if there's any activity or review, but I resist all wicked temptations.
Feel like he's leaving out an important detail. Like are these successful chargebacks or just straight up pending claims?

At this point, just pending ones. A claim within PayPal can be resolved faster depending on internal queues and shit, and previous account history, but chargeback claims are pending for a bit longer than that. Phil is just trying to convince his retards that an pending review means that he's lost money, better step up. His ability to squeeze pitybucks out of the morons never stop to amaze me.

As for his succesful/lose ratings, I have no earthly clue anymore. I don't work chargebacks, and if someone is legit fucking with him then who the fuck knows.

He doubled down on today's prestream where he said he starts the streams 'in the red' when there is a chargeback, and that yesterday, with the $100 chargeback, even with anyone being very generous on both streams, he still only made 'half of what he would on a normal day'. So hitting the tip goals has become 'a normal day', and Phil expects at least $200 each day. He went onto say that it sucks because he loves the crowdfunding method because people give him money of their 'own volition'.

Crucially, Phil said that this year has really shown that people 'like him as a person', they like his streams, and they want this 'to continue'. Nowhere in his speech did he say anything about improving. Phil believes all of this money was given so that he can stay in his holding pattern.

I also want to point out that he nearly confirmed everything I, and several others, speculated yesterday about the chargebacks. Today his spiel confirmed...
- That there is one person in particular who always wins because they are tipping through the fast checkout method and don't have a verified account. This is the person he always refunds, and they typically tip under the name of a stream regular
- He tap danced around, confirming that he still wins some, but recently lost one for 'a large amount' - $50. So if $50 is a lot, he isn't losing many larger than that as he has implied. He also didn't specify the values of the ones he won, so he is deliberately hiding that
- He stated that when he wins, Paypal tells him 'You won' and nothing else
- One he recently lost said that the 'financial institution' (presumably of the tipper) felt the transaction was fraudulent and so there was nothing Paypal could do and they approved the chargeback. This would seem to imply that the ones Phil loses are the ones that are contested via the credit card companies; those contested via Paypal probably still lean in favour of Phil, as people have speculated
- This indirectly confirms that he has one troll that is stressing him with gay ops, and there are likely several copycats jumping in who believe that chargebacks work when they don't work reliably. This is why we're hearing about it - Phil is netting substantial money from failed trolls right now
- Phil said one of these that he won took 2 weeks to process, so he is playing semantics with the chargebacks, as people speculated. $100 was charged back yesterday, but Phil doesn't actually know that he's lost that money, it's just not currently in his pocket

He just said again that 'tips help the most right now' and specified it was to 'defray the cost of games' and 'to buy a new pillow', and then he laughed and stopped talking. Still can't justify why tips help the most right now because he knows the window for that to make sense has passed.

He's playing Crash today, so this really shows how passive aggressive he is. There's no way this wasn't a calculated choice to taunt people.

I can confirm that these points at least are accurate, even coming from Phil. I've elaborated on it before. but the way to fuck with Phil with chargeback is to go through the financial instituion to claim a chargeback, and not go through PayPal's claim system. Because yes, the claim system will be biased in Phil's favour, but the card issuer might not be, and they have the final say. EDIT: I naturally would never encourage anyone to fuck with him, that's very lame. But I like to clarify the differences in processing at times.

Two weeks is a reasonable timeframe, as is a brief response with few details. If someone commited fraud, you generally don't receive an explanation of how said fraud works, how it was discovered, and how it was prevented. If Phil is expecting an explanation then he's a fucking moron.

My source for this is the money that PayPal sends me once a month.

A number of Phil-isms pretty much translate to "I don't care, thanks for the money dummy" by Phil:
"Oh yeah?"
"Is that right?"
"I didn't know that."
"I don't know anything about that."

Feel free to add to this list since you could probably get a basic AI program to simulate Phil with the limited amount of responses he gives his paycucks.
It'd be more of a coin-operated magic 8 ball.

Hey Phail........if this were true, you would never ever have to mention anything in reference to money. It would just flow in.

Don't know if you're still accepting submissions, but here is some great stuff from Hate Live in the CT era:
"Nobody here is into the stuff I'm into... *swallows snort* I feel like the oddball out"

EDIT;

Holy fuck, I only just now realize your name is not "Iamfridge"
I answer to many names. One of them is I am fridge.

Is it just me, his shirt or are they actually grwoing?
He sure is not wearing the right size for him. His torso is getting larger but his arms aren't getting bigger. His moobs are protruding. His sleeves are lookin awfully short and emphasizing his weak, skinny but flabby arms.

I'd love to see how his gut is lookin' with his slouching but he has the camera at an angle to hide it.
