PPP does this from time to time. One moment he's doing really great tearing somebody apart, and the next moment he's being autistic. Like claiming Jim killed Terry. He's uneven. Still, I like him more than I used to.

You would have to spend months. Here are some things you would have to do:
  • Storyboard
  • Write a script for Ralph
  • Spend time adding artificial Green screens to Ralph's pics/video or rotoscoping
  • Looking through a lot of killstream audio to cut up and download
  • cut up saving private Ryan in a way that make sense
  • Edit the footage
These things are possible but time consuming. Here is an example of what you can do with effort and time. ( it took them 3 years to make this)


of course you don't need it to be this high quality if its just a funny video but even then you would have to put in a considerable amount of time.
