Because you can make a lot more money for a lot less work on Twitch vs Youtube. Likely the same reason Bruce left. Plus twitch streamers don't rely much on ads to get their income so it's more reliable.

I don't care for him, but neither of those look particularly bad. The first one, if slowed down, doesn't seem like he does anything questionable. Just that his momentum carried him there after doing a 360 on a trampoline in a small area. And the second one might look iffy from the outside, but you have to remember that his view is completely blocked in that headset and his turn in real life/the game seems like he's legit just trying to pick up the gun.
