A transgender girl accused of assaulting two students at a Texas high school alleges that she was being bullied and was merely fighting back

Shocking video shows a student identified by police as Travez Perry violently punching, kicking and stomping on a girl in the hallway of Tomball High School.

The female student was transported to the hospital along with a male student, whom Perry allegedly kicked in the face and knocked unconscious.

According to the police report, Perry - who goes by 'Millie' - told officers that the victim has been bullying her and had posted a photo of her on social media with a negative comment.

One Tomball High School parent whose daughter knows Perry said that the 18-year-old had been the target of a death threat.

'From what my daughter has said that the girl that was the bully had posted a picture of Millie saying people like this should die,' the mother, who asked not to be identified by name, told DailyMail.com.

When Perry appeared in court on assault charges, her attorney told a judge that the teen has been undergoing a difficult transition from male to female and that: 'There's more to this story than meets the eye.'

Perry is currently out on bond, according to authorities.

The video of the altercation sparked a widespread debate on social media as some claim Perry was justified in standing up to her alleged bullies and others condemn her use of violence.

The mother who spoke with DailyMail.com has been one of Millie's most ardent defenders on Facebook.

'I do not condone violence at all. But situations like this show that people now a days, not just kids, think they can post what they want. Or say what they want without thinking of who they are hurting,' she said.

'Nobody knows what Millie has gone through, and this could have just been a final straw for her. That is all speculation of course because I don't personally know her or her family, but as a parent and someone who is part of the LGBTQ community this girl needs help and support, not grown men online talking about her private parts and shaming and mocking her.'

One Facebook commenter summed up the views of many, writing: 'This was brutal, and severe! I was bullied for years and never attacked anyone!'

Multiple commenters rejected the gender transition defense and classified the attack as a male senselessly beating a female.

One woman wrote on Facebook: 'This person will get off because they're transitioning. This is an animal. She kicked, and stomped, and beat...not okay. Bullying is not acceptable, but kicking someone in the head. Punishment doesn't fit the crime.'

If you had any rogue intentions of contacting this(or any) cow, DON'T. They would love nothing more than to receive Farmer hate to pile atop their "conservative hate comment" collection. Their non-binary ladyboner would bulge violet with victimlust.

"I got hate for talking about murdering a colonizer"

Seems insane. No hope.

So this person says, "cisgender people (or those who identify with the gender they were assigned at birth) generally don’t wish they are another gender."
Um, bullshit? I insisted on peeing standing up for like a year when I was a kid. I also ran on all fours as a dog and wore a collar for a couple weeks insisting I was a dog. It's what kids do. I never liked frilly lacy things, and I still don't for the most part, but that's not any indication of anything except personal taste.
It's sad that people feel this need to IDENTIFY with something. I don't "feel" male or female, I have characteristics of both that come out at appropriate times. I am most certainly a woman though, and anything else isn't an identity, it's a personality. Which these people seem to sorely want to put in a box.

It's amazing how these people have the literal minds of children who never grew out of it.

Can you imagine how fucked up you'd be if you had a parent like this kike here? Who encouraged your youthful idiocy as actual identity? And people wonder why the newest generation is some of the most fucked up, confused, and easily manipulated generation ever?

If you want an image of the future, Winston....

It's very obvious that she is a woman.
How many times must she they correct you shitlords?!

i bet 10£ that they have an 'aesthetic' tumblr or instagram account where they post meaningless deep quotes about life and sexuality
Their facebook and insta are suprisingly bare. All the talking is done on twitter and tiktok, surprisingly. Barring a drastically different sock name of course.

I don't know how to read these people. Is she trying to be special to get attention? Or is she so afraid of her own sexuality she intentionally uglifies herself and tries to nullify her own sex by playing word games? Maybe some combination of both? My initial read of the situation, her fear of "catcalling" and being addressed as a woman, the boogercatcher and problem glasses, was that it was all a defensive act. But she also seems desperate for attention. I guess desire and loathing can coexist.
It's an little bit of attention whoring, in a way. She's claiming nonbinary privilege without wearing a pair of jeans or a monkey suit every now and then.

They largely don't have an identity, and their identity and personalities are fluid to whatever is in vogue. They model their identities on these non-existent concepts that really don't conform to them (see her claims about being agender but she's clearly conforming to the female gender) and as a result, are miserable. Because they have this cognitive dissonance. They're hitching themselves on these identites to 'fit in' and 'be progressive', but that is not good nor mentally healthy. You are forcing your mind to be put in this little box which knows it isn't true, so you have these people breaking down. Because the entire world is basically affirming what your mind already knows. So you psychologically break.

Did she transport to 1865 and start shooting at the British and Portuguese or something? Cunt, there are no such thing as modern colonizers. It doesn't exist. Especially cultural colonizers. You can do whatever you want. What you are talking about is murdering a person for enjoying things, you insane cunt.

The colonizer story in question:

Time for IBMA to retire Sir Walter Raleigh as a symbol for World of Bluegrass?

Posted on August 27, 2020 By Abby Lee Hood

These editorial comments are a contribution from Abby Lee Hood, former IBMA staffer and freelance writer in Nashville. Her opinions do not necessarily reflect those of Bluegrass Today or its sponsors.

If there was ever a time to quietly retire the use of a European colonizers image in World of Bluegrass marketing materials, 2020 would be it. As the IBMA’s annual bluegrass conference and festival moves online to accommodate ongoing COVID-19 safety measures, the organization has a chance to distance itself from the use of Sir Walter Raleigh’s image.

The 31st annual World of Bluegrass will be the first in more than five years not held in Raleigh, North Carolina. The city is, of course, named after Sir Walter himself, and they’re clearly proud; residents can buy a new car at Sir Walter Chevrolet, sip a cup of joe at Sir Walter Coffee, or rent a unit in Sir Walter Apartments. The city has also erected a statue in his honor.

Because of WOB’s location, the IBMA has used Sir Walter’s image in its marketing, like logos and graphic design, for at least a handful of years, including in 2019 and 2017. While it may seem logical and innocent at first blush, national conversations about removing colonial statues and images—like those of Christopher Columbus in Chicago or of Edward Colston in England—bear repeating in the bluegrass community. Bluegrass isn’t immune to critique, especially in the diversity and inclusion department, and Sir Walter Raleigh was no angel.

Before Raleigh came to what is now the United States, he gained the favor of Queen Elizabeth by throwing his cape over a puddle so the queen could cross without soiling her feet. She was enamored, and especially so after the young man returned from fighting at Smerwick. In the autumn of 1580, Irish rebels banded together with Spanish forces to oppose English rule. The English carried out the Siege of Smerwick to quash the rebellion.

After only three days, the English won, further cementing Ireland as the first English colony. Many sources report that every man, woman, and child in the Iron Age fort was beheaded, their bodies tossed into the sea. Several sources say Raleigh himself carried out the executions. While it is impossible to know if he swung the axe on men, on women, or on children, and on how many, we do know Raleigh supported English colonial efforts and likely acted as the Queen’s executioner at the battle.

Shortly after his victory in Ireland, Raleigh returned to the Queen’s court, a sort of swaggering golden boy and her right hand man. As the Queen’s favorite, Raleigh was given leave to colonize what he could in America, and he began planning what would become his first colony. In 1584, 1585, and 1587 Raleigh organized voyages to North America that led to his sponsorship of an English colony on Roanoke Island. Many readers will recognize Roanoke as “The Lost Colony” for its mysterious demise in 1590, so frequently theorized about. However, what happened before the colonizers disappeared is more important.

After receiving assistance in hunting and gathering from local indigenous tribes, the Roanoke colony attacked several of their Native American neighbors. At least one local chieftain was killed in 1586, beheaded in the woods, and other Native American women and children were attacked as tensions rose and relationships between the tribes and the colony eroded.

This interactive map shows a heartbreaking time lapse of indigenous land loss. “Land loss,” is a gentle term that doesn’t accurately depict the genocide of millions of Native Americans in North America. Since the arrival of Europeans, more than 90 percent of the Native population have been murdered or died from disease. Where North America was once 100% Native American, the United States is now only about 2% Native American by population. In his writings, Raleigh regularly referred to indigenous peoples as “savages,” and it is difficult to say just how many were killed under his watch at Roanoke.

After Roanoke failed, Raleigh lost the favor of the court and was imprisoned by Elizabeth’s successor, King James I, in 1603. However, he was freed in 1616 on the condition that he sail to South America and once again begin colonizing, searching for resources and gold. He invaded and pillaged territory under Spanish rule, defying a more pro-Spain King James. He was beheaded in 1618 after a third imprisonment in the Tower of London.

Sir Walter’s accomplishments, in the end, weren’t enough to save him from a new king’s wrath. But in the United States, especially in North Carolina, he enjoys a favor not afforded to him by the Crown. That doesn’t mean it’s right. The IBMA—while like many nonprofits is deserving of support—continues to use Raleigh’s image to market a multi-million-dollar event from which they receive hefty sponsorship dollars and sales revenues. To profit off Raleigh’s image is to profit from his actions, which include murder, colonization, piracy (he also captured and looted multiple Spanish ships), pillaging, and depending on which side of the Atlantic you live on, treason.

Many national conversations about the removal of statues and images are loud, drawing criticism and ire from either side. This year, the IBMA has the opportunity to calmly ditch Raleigh’s image from their marketing and set a precedent moving forward. So far, I have not seen any imagery of Sir Raleigh in this year’s virtual event marketing. And while the contract with the city of Raleigh was renewed for three more years in 2018 and runs until 2021, there’s no law forcing them to use Raleigh’s face on a logo next year. Excluding his face from a conference book or logo doesn’t require a loud press release or social media post, either. Sir Walter could simply fade away to where he belongs: the history books.

As the rest of the United States hotly debates which statues and idols to leave behind, the IBMA is in a particular place to choose who it moves forward with. Moving on without Sir Walter Raleigh is an easy, quiet way to decolonize bluegrass just a little.

She wasn't going to murder a colonizer, she's mad the capitol of North Carolina is named after the pioneer/colonizer of the 1500's that led to Europe believing in the City of Gold, El Dorado, and thus the dual connection between country music records "going gold." It's an op-ed and she got what she really wanted, pushback(i.e. engagement)

Fucking pathetic. These people are all human garbage.
Totally, just trying to start(and if successful, take credit for) pushing down another statue. She might have a leg to stand on if she had a little mestizo muttblood in her, but it's not even her fight. She's just a bored housewife that couldn't even get married in the first place. A would-be Karen that can never make rank lol.

Its honestly funny how, for someone who declares themselves to be nonbinary, that she manages to be every single basic bitch characteristic found in women personified.
That's the case with this entire scene. Verbally reject the Binary but base your entire worldview off of (often times stereotypical interpretations of) the Binary anyway

Take him out back and let nature run its course. That's not even human anymore.

Gov. Gavin Newsom signed a law on Saturday requiring California to house transgender inmates in prisons based on their gender identity — but only if the state does not have "management or security concerns."

The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation houses men and women in separate facilities. Transgender inmates are often housed based on their sex assigned at birth. Advocates say this is dangerous, particularly for transgender women housed in facilities for men.

The law Newsom signed Saturday says officers must ask inmates privately during the intake process if they identify as transgender, nonbinary or intersex. Those inmates can then request to be placed in a facility that houses either men or women.

The law says the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation cannot deny those requests solely because of inmates' anatomy, sexual orientation or "a factor present" among other inmates at the facility.

But the state can deny those requests if it has "management or security concerns." If a request is denied, the state must give the inmate a written statement explaining the decision and give the inmate a "meaningful opportunity" to object.

Sen. Scott Wiener, a Democrat from San Francisco who authored the bill, said he doesn't expect that exception to be used very often.

"It's just a false narrative about transgender people and about transgender women in particular that they're somehow not really women and are just trying to scam their way into women's bathrooms or facilities in order to do bad things," Wiener said.

"Overwhelmingly the people who are being victimized are trans people."

At any time, if inmates raises concerns about their health or safety, the law says the state must reassess where they are housed.

"It means a lot to me and my sisters," said Michelle Calvin, a transgender woman incarcerated at Mule Creek State Prison who recently called in to a news conference about the bill. "I've been in for 15 years. I've been through the abuse, I've been through the disrespect of staff not addressing me for who I am because I am a woman."

Connecticut passed a similar law in 2018. Rhode Island, New York City and Massachusetts have also housed inmates based on their gender identity.

The law also requires officers to address transgender inmates based on the pronouns of their choice. And it requires officers to search inmates based on the search policy of their gender identity.

The law was one of several LGBT-related laws Newsom signed on Saturday. He signed another law authored by Wiener requiring local public health officers to better track how diseases are affecting the LGBT community. He signed a law authored by state Sen. Lena Gonzalez to ban life and disability insurance companies from denying coverage solely because someone is HIV positive.

And Newsom signed a law authored by Assemblyman Miguel Santiago that sets up a Transgender Wellness and Equity Fund to provide grants to organizations that support the transgender community.
It will be interesting to see how this plays out.
In the UK, it turns out almost 1 in 50 prisoners now claim to be trans women.
So either, trans women are way more criminal than the general population per capita, or men who are criminals, can see a sweet deal when they see one.
Better treatment, forcing screws to call you ma'am, being housed with prey other tru and honest wimmin.

But I'm sure it'll work out fine.

Am I the only one surprised this isn't already a thing in Cali?

Seriously though, I could understand it if they had a subjective "dude looks like a lady" policy here. Like if Bailey Jay went to male prison, he'd be everyone's bitch. So it makes sense he'd go to female prison (though perhaps with extra supervision). Codifying this in law would be a pain in the ass though...
Maybe just not being a tranny and/or not breaking the law is better advice for now.
A separate facility in the male prison for trans women makes the most sense. But that is not validating the poor dears.

When Newsom allows some discretion as to housing the trans people with members of the opposite sex (but apparently same gender, which is more important I guess), and Weiner thinks this exception will be rarely used, they don't mean they will stop rapists who now realize they are wimmin from being housed with women.

This refers to not housing trans men (women) in the male prisons, even though that matches their "gender ID". But even the most woke tard seems to get that throwing women into a men's prison is never a good idea.
And since women are less likely to be criminals than men, there are fewer of them to begin with, and even fewer trans men.

When you're so dangerhair, it even shows in black and white photos, it's time for sane people to stop listening to what you have to say.

It's amazing how these snowfakes get so close to the epiphany, but never see it. - When nobody wants you around, maybe its YOU who has the problem? or rather, when you aggressively isolate from 99% of everyone else based on your own made-up criteria for what is "normal", don't be surprised when that only leaves behind freaks to hang out with.

Who would've thunk that embracing oddball behaviors and views on sexuality and sociality that go against every traditional human behavioral pattern would leave you feeling put upon... you're going to get tired when you constantly have to swim against the current, making it into a personal moral crusade doesn't cause the water to flow the other way.... if you reject the basics of human behavior, you're going to be fighting all the time against that current, and it wont' change, and no matter how righeous you feel, you'll never make an ounce of difference, and you're only going to waste your life and end up angry, tired, resentful and unahppy.

And some sickos THINK those feelings mean you must be doing something RIGHT because the zeitgeist of the 21st Century has been one long ode to victimhood so far.
