I believe that was a Logan related vindication and it had to do the a domestic assault hearing and one of them got the date wrong. I can't remember. Lowtax has so many pending court cases and weekly vindications that it's hard to keep track. Along that vein, the 10/08 hearing for the domestic assault incident involving Logan has been cancelled and has not been rescheduled.

Yes your honor, we want to show that this is simply a big misunderstanding, the defendant was merely re-enacting, with Ms. Day, some of the characters from his comical literature with the my client playing the part of a "pusher-bot". With Ms. Day's history of mental illness and very high level alcohol abuse we certainly can believe she was led by a group effort of a few alt-right new-zealanders on a new zealand focused social-media site which she has been active on, led and exploited by them to turn this innocent situation into something it was not.

I wonder if Logan has ghosted the DA so they are dropping the case? If a DA has good evidence, like obvious injuries, black eyes, other witnesses, etc.. they might pursue a case without an cooperation from the victim. (Since DV victims are known for backing out it’s pretty common)

But in this case.. No obvious injuries, not a married couple, no minor children and victim isn’t a local resident, accused is, and victim has left the state and the guy she accused anyway? Easy to drop, no sweat, esp if the victim stopped giving a shit.

Given Covid would have probably allowed her to make any court appearance from UT so I figured the DA or Logan or both just decided it wasn’t worth the effort.

I figured Logan would drop all the SA shit if she found a new boyfriend to pursue. If so 50/50 he’s a troon.

This might just be scheduling related fuckery due to covid. They didn't reschedule the hearing, but they didn't change the disposition of the case to he was acquited and the docket entries appears to be encouraging a virtual hearing. At least that's how I take the entry. Though, I wouldn't be surprised if they drop it either due to the reason you mention.

Very well may just be schedule stuff but I never thought it would make it to court because Logan’s interest in pursuing it would fade as soon as the attention and drama did and it’s not a particularly compelling case even with her enthusiastic cooperation.

The exception to this might be if she’s still getting regular support, encouragement and attention from some goons or even one of a Lowtax’s ex-wives behind the scenes. If some people were willing to hold her hand and keep her focused it’s possible the case might happen. I think once she found the entire SA forum wasn’t going to be her cheerleading squad and fan club she lost interest. If she couldn’t post regularly on SA about this shit, or at least get ass pats and favored status on SA then she wasn’t going to play ball. The entire point of fucking and fighting with Lowtax was to flex on SM about it.

These DAs regularly see women who get the ever loving shit beat out of them and murder cases thanks to DV. So the Lotax-Logan tussle at the McMansion isn’t going to inspire any dogged prosecution.

(Anyone want to bet Logan and Lowtax have been in contact in the last month? I give it 1 in 5 chance. If all the ally goons stopped giving Logan attention then 1 in 3.)

Is it ironic that the most communication he has with his daughters is remotely stalking their search history?

Gotta wonder if this is daughter he told to fuck off via text message or the one that’s terrified to visit him. Neither have contact with Lowtax so him creeping on their search history and posting it online is extra awful.

I’d bet he checks it in hopes of getting some sort ammo against his ex-wife or clues about their activities. Seems far more likely than him having any genuine interest in what they are doing at school.

Yeah I bet it's the oldest. There's some anime shit in there and he did post pictures of her in cosplay a while back. Also he seems to ignore the middle one which is very sad, she only was on stream with him once and then only to bring him juice or something and I really haven't seen him post about her at all.

Edit: Oh wait, I lied he did post about the middle one wetting the bed every time she has to sleep at his place.
