I've typically seen judges issue Notices to Pro Se Litigants reminding them about requirements so they can file the necessary docs without any kind of penalty. But Russ is also a serial litigant so the judge might not cut him the typical slack given to pro se plaintiffs if he's encountered his shit before.

I could see it being considered and dismissed on its merits which would moot the technical deficiencies. No point in the court hand-holding the sped into filing the motion correctly if the injunction he's requesting is obviously just going to be denied anyway.

This right here should be enough to get that part, at least, thrown out. If you have divulged your address, e-mail and all that information online then you bear the brunt of it being out there. It's only doxing when somebody goes and specifically gets a person's information through illegal or immoral means.

The rest of it would require Ratmouth to actually prove in court that these things are the result of the orchards and not just his own shitty attitude and the unending parade of madness that is his daily life.
