So we a guy in a dying marriage who isn’t willing to go the process of separation or divorce. You make it sound so simple.
Divorce is expensive. Half your shit's up for grabs (including your money). A lawyer will want a $5k retainer minimum, and that's just to get the ball rolling (it cost $2,500 just to get my case drafted, filed and served to my spouse). That's enough to get you to court-ordered mediation. If that goes tits-up and your case actually has to be litigated, that'll be another $5k at least, and likely more if your spouse is a real asshole who insists on fighting every step of the way right up to the end where the court ends up deciding how to fuck you both the hardest for not being adult enough to work it out on your own.

Even an uncontested divorce (where you and your spouse agree amicably on how to split everything up) is expensive to get done right. You don't want to pro se it; see Russell Greer for the gold standard in failed pro se litigation. Both parties still need lawyers (especially if there are children involved) just to make sure they don't screw themselves (or each other). $5k (total) for that, minimum.

The sad truth is inertia is hard to fight and people are lazy and complacent. Even if both parties aren't happy or satisfied, if their day-to-day lives are "comfortable" and they aren't actively fighting or mistreating each other (and maybe even still going out together sometimes), it's much easier to just let it ride than it is to actually pull the trigger on a divorce. It becomes a marriage of convenience. Especially if one (or both) partners is getting laid on the side. It usually won't last forever (eventually one of them will want to get serious with someone else and want out of the marriage) but it can limp along for years before it finally falls apart.

Unlike Monica and Jamie, the girl who released a video today said that she wasn't traumatized. "I always thought I had the perfect first time story. I didn't think I was a victim." If she had told her story like those two, and then pictures of her happy face with Ryan the following year were found, then they would be similar.
Well, maybe he just didn't lightly tousle her hair.

See, the comparison to Vic is why we need to be consistent here. Both Vic's and Haywood's accusers ran to social media when they decided to pile on their accusations of illegal behavior rather than going to the police. It's very similar behavior. So we denounce Vic's accusers as whores and liars and clout-chasers but we hear about Haywood's accusers and suddenly we're #BelieveAllWomen? No, that doesn't work for me. Until one or both of them goes to the police, I'm putting these accusers' stories on the same scale as I do Monica's and Marchi's - somewhere between "revoked consent years later" and "outright fabrication."
Is this some manosphere shit? or RT fan desperately trying to defend their god?

I don't want to repeat what anyone else has said, but there are videos, chat logs, and a shit ton of photos with Ryan in them, there were none with Vic.

Also they may not be able to go to the police because they are in a different state, also if it was a few years ago then the Statute of limitations might be in effect.

I get what she's trying to say, but I feel like this is way more of a case of "mentally ill teenage girls thirsting after retard e-celeb cock to fill the hole their dad made when he left" than "predatory e-celeb specifically targeting and preying upon mentally ill teenage girls."
Even if the girls have daddy issues or something similar it doesn't take anything away from the fact that coomer Ryan jumped on underage teen poon at least twice.

Not their fault they have daddy or other mental issues, but it's on Ryan for being sleazy coomer garbage bag.

We haven't seen all the communications between the two of course but someone here pointed out in the case of the Asian chick, it was Ryan who instigated sexuality when she was just happily talking about the channel content like you would expect a fan to do. This implies a certain level of predation on Ryan's part.

Adam's only options is to live in a tribe in the Amazon Rainforest or suicide.

Do 👏 a 👏 flip 👏 Adam.

Jokes aside, he could come back but this will follow him. He will likely never work with any sort of public contact again. Because every company will be scared of him doing this again. I'm fairly certain he could stream or even start doing OnlyFans content, and I'm sure his exceptional fans would throw money at him.
I think what would really crush Adam is if Jess leaves him. While it doesn't seem likely, women are weird and she could just wake up one day and leave.

Also what might screw him over is if at any point the FH and RT members that hold grudges against Adam open up. Because who knows what they know.

retarded fans talking about him like he died, real daddy clearly doesn't love them anymore
I understand the grief. My own father is an ass, and Ryan always seemed like the ideal parent - he was kind, supportive, and always giving advice to his fans. He genuinely seemed to appreciate them. On top of that, the way he interacted with his kids and talked with his wife was so wholesome. I can see why so many people are just completely blindsided. I'm also pretty upset, and really wanted to believe it wasn't as bad as it seemed, but there's just no denying all the evidence.

What gets me about this that this is a fan who has probably never interacted with him outside of watching videos and maybe saying hi at a con or two.

If your partner cheated on you it'd be maybe understandable to say shit like "I still love him" or "I can't drop him after all this time".

This is from a fan.

A FAN.

RT/AH has always put out content that gives the illusion that the watcher is developing a connection with on-screen talent. If someone watches 100s of hours of podcasts, gameplays, and behind-the-scenes videos of course they'll develop an attachment.

Ryan was also a favorite of mine, mostly because he seemed like the most rational one. I liked watching Battle Buddies and Team Love n' Stuff collaborations because he provided a competent foil.

The fact it seemed to mostly just be a facade to hide the fact he's an egoistic sex pest is something you can kinda retrospectively notice, but if you're just casually watching and occasionally discussing them, it's not very obvious. I'm not gonna pretend I'm traumatized or in fucking "grief" like the speds on twitter, he's an e-celeb I just happened to find entertaining, there's bound to be more of those out there. Any shock I feel is the same kind of shock you get from listening to a particularly over the top Astriocrats joke.

Two of the big creators I started following around the same time, Rooster Teeth and TeamFourStar both fucked me over, I've been so scorned by both of them in such a short amount of time I'm just glad to see the back of them.
I liked Ryan plenty, he was a pretty decent guy in videos and honestly I liked him enough to sit through streams to watch him and I usually hate streams.
I guess now I'm just going to wait patiently for the next big fuck up from RT and hope it's the final nail in the coffin.

They don't immediately go to the police. I get that. But if they now truly believe that they were victimized, they should go to the police now, not Twitter, not YouTube.

Read the thread faggot, nobody believes Vic's accusers because when asked for evidence they retreated in to their hugbox and threatened to call homeland security or reply with "he took the projector we promised he could use, ergo he fucks children"

These chicks didn't say "dude, trust me," they told the story alongside the evidence. Multiple pages of messages, actual pictures of them alone in a dimly lit hotel room, actual dates so we can confirm they were underaged...

Does not leave room for much plausible deniability
