Netflix, Inc. indicted by grand jury in Tyler Co., Tx for promoting material in Cuties film

Can someone explain to me what the fuck this was honestly going to do? It just seems like it's the right wing version of virtue signaling. Yes, we know Cuties is gross, but the director is in France, and Netflix is based in California. A ruling by a Texas Supreme Court is about as toothless as you can get.
They're just trying to get it removed from Netflix so they can pretend they did something before forgetting it completely and go back to hosting child beauty pageants.

It is basically virtue signalling, but I'd think with it being essentially a TV service done nationally that it could have rulings done against it in places in the US that aren't California.

It's as stupid as bringing up religion, sexuality or the color of somebody's skin.

Muhammad married a 6 year old girl, and Muslims are totes cool with killing people who draw pictures of their precious pedophile prophet. The same can be said about the Catholics playing Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego? with their problematic priests.

Don't get me started on the rumors in Africa on how deflowering a virgin will cure someone of AIDS, so our fellow dark-skinned human beings find younger and younger girls to have sex with to cure their AIDS.

Sometimes you need to address the root cause of the problem, and gas it accordingly.

I read the reviews and I am sick to my stomach. Rubbing baby genitals? Prolonged scene of a baby's genitals being shown? Typing that makes me want to look out my window to make sure the FBI isn't coming for me.

Pedos have got to have a list somewhere of mainstream films they can legally jack off to without getting in trouble. This kind of stuff is not greenlighted by normal people. This push to normalise CP is insane. I am glad Texas is doing something about Cuties.

It's not just that pedos get off on it either. It's grooming material. Kids see this stuff and and think it's perfectly ok for grown men to watch them twerk in skimpy outfits. Anyone who defends this garbage belongs on a list.

Because it's made by a woman from France it has to be okay! Trust the based nigger-bitch and her art house film promoting the "perspective" of a girl's coming of age.

Unfortunately it basically doesn't matter. It just cements the controversy in the public mind as some dumb hicks versus, I dunno, some wokeshit. And child molesting gets one step closer to mainstream.

Has Salò ever been on Netflix? 🤔

Edgelord fare or not, something like Salo or, another example, A Serbian Film are entirely clearly marketed to an adult audience, albeit a depraved adult audience. You aren't exposing children to this shit, you aren't portraying it as something positive that should be encouraged.

There would be virtually no controversy about this movie had it been marketed in a different manner.

hope a lot of people vote against the woke with their wallets, enough for Netflix to notice a correlation of these scandals and a sharp drop in subscription but i feel it wont matter, people will pay up for the normal shows they want to watch, even if their financing the degenerate woketardism in the process. Same with crunchyroll suddenly anouncing they want to go into making anime and it was woke garbage.

I'm pretty comfy just torrenting so :suffering:

even if Netflix and the frenchies are intentionally trying to fuel culture war with this sorry excuse for a film (and I don't buy into that conspiracy) it's hugely satisfying to see this ruling and I hope to see more sickos in media getting outed along with their gullible defenders.

When Maria Schneider, female lead in Last Tango in Paris (1972) goes to a restaurant, the other patrons wave their butter at her.

And these kids are just 11, so they have a lot of time to enjoy similar fan interactions.
If that's true, that's hilariously fucked up.
No, Netflix remains as popular as it ever was. Most normies don't know or care about the debate around Cuties. Blackpilled again.
Um.. maybe you missed it but they lost several billion in stock evaluation when this Cuties situation blew up. Partly due to people canceling their subscription. Partly due to negative attention and possible legal consequences.

Netflix might not get convicted or forced to pay a fine, but having a company that has close to 80% of their annual revenue in debt have to pay unnecessary legal fees is going to hurt and might have more serious consequences than people think.

Lol, Have you never read anything about the post-Mongolian conquest Chinese at all? They were possibly the most barbaric group of people in history, and that's mainly why Imperial Japan didn't show them any quarter during WW2. During the first failed Mongolian invasion of Honshu, the Mongolian troops took dead raped children they'd taken from the small islands around Japan, mostly from Tsushima, and then tied them to their ship's masts in order to terrorize the Japanese defenders. The fact that Imperial Japan didn't just entirely wipe out all of the Chinese was a mercy they probably didn't deserve.

As for Oskar Dirlewanger, yeah no shit he was a horrible person. That's why the Third Reich shoved him out on the ass end of the eastern front where he'd mostly only be killing people of his same caliber. Western-allied prisoners were mostly treated well by the Third Reich, and unlike the JewSA who carpet-bombed enemy or enemy-occupied cities, the Germans mostly left any populated areas intact if at all possible.

Only reason the Germans didn't burn down everything is because they physically couldn't. Hard to do any sort of sustained bombing campaign when you've neglected strategic bombers, and are you really gonna tell me the Nazis were just gonna leave a bunch of untermenschen Slavs alive and free in Grossdeutschland?

Given how Hitler himself went to the funeral for Polish First Marshall Jozef Pilsudski, it seems like the "untermenschen Slavs" line might be a bit of a strawman that stands in stark juxtaposition of actual facts. Almost on par with the juxtaposition of how Poland was considered an "oppressed occupied peoples" but are now "evil Nazis."

As for the "they didn't destroy cities because they couldn't destroy cities" line, Nazi Germany had occupied most of the major cities of their enemies prior to the JewSA and Soviet Union entering the war. They could have easily sacked those cities for resources just like what has been done countless times throughout history, but they didn't, even despite the fact that such an act would have clearly benefited the beleaguered German war effort. Lol, even without a need for resources or some strategic benefit, it is self-apparent how the treatment of the local population differs under Nazi occupation and occupation by the "glorious allies" and the international clique.

Also, since you bring up "The Blitz" then I guess it's fair to bring up the fact that Germany clearly had tried a peaceful approach to the UK prior to "The Blitz," which clearly would have jeopardized later hostile air actions over the UK.

Edit:
Also, what is the actual purpose behind a "heavy bomber," and given how the answer to that question is quite obvious, how much does it speak to intent that Germany and Imperial Japan took little interest in heavy bombers, but the allies built them in massive numbers?
