They aren't the employer, they said the guard was contracted from the Pinkertons. So the Pinkertons are the liable group, and doubtless have oodles of insurance against precisely this. So neither the news agency nor the actual employer are going to feel any particular bite from this.

I really doubt that. If for some reason they aren’t held liable this is pretty much PR cancer for their brand going forward.

And it scarily enough blurs the line even more between the “enemy of the people” rhetoric that trump has been saying since 2016 and gives the far right groups a PERFECT example that they can point to that is impossible to ignore.

You are still liable for what your subcontractors do.

Also, the Pinkertons are still a thing? What year is this?

They're a subsidiary of Securitas AB now, which is a consulting/security firm from Sweden, but they're still called Pinkertons and are still around.

Still pretty 'decent' private contractors too.

This company? Huh, they say they've been in business since 1850 and yet they still can't spot a hothead rambo lunatic when he shows up for a job.

Damn.

Still, I want to take a peek at this gentleman's Twatter and Zuckbook before they get purged.

Not 100% confimred, the black guy with "gun lives matter" shirt might be same guy wearing "gun lives matter" black hoody, who was in a fight at a Bernie rally I think earlier this year.
Basically A white guy charges and spears the black guy to the ground, the video was posted on KF, and sure some you guys seen
again, not confirmed,

and two HD pics

Oh yeah, Pinkertons were at one point a genuinely decent detective agency when private detectives were still a fairly useful thing for remote communities and rural sheriffs with little in the way of urban resources, like the fucking Old West era, etc. they were used to put down a couple of noteworthy labor strikes in the 1880's-1890's, and actually caught someone who attempted to assassinate an Idaho governor at one point, a couple of other big famous busts during those days from them too.

Now it's a couple of resourceful turbonerds who can provide the highest-bidder with fairly decent analytical skills and acquisition of intel, once the feds saw private detective agencies like those came the 30's-40's they instantly said lol fucking nope.

Lmao I was wondering why they had a picture of Lincoln on their homepage. That is the worst fucking endorsement for a security company that you could possibly have. Somehow I don't think anyone cares about you thwarting the first assassination attempt when the second one blew Lincoln's brains out.

Someone photoshop that shot of the gunman with his gun raised over the assassin this picture of Lincoln and then stick Pinkerton's gay logo on it.

I think those are two cutouts from the same single picture. Talk about fucking timing... looks like the photog caught the shot after dude pulled the trigger but before the bullet actually hit the other guy.

You need a guillotine.
Standing up for the lives of murderous Communists? Funny, there's an answer for things like that.

If he needs a guillotine, you need to face the fucking wall - would you perform your crimson sperging elsewhere? Please tell me you're joking or saying they need the guillotine, and you're not some fucking pinko needing the taste of a brick wall.

This McNugget looking motherfucker is toast. Shooting someone when all they're doing is macing you? Didn't that get the Atlanta cop arrested?
What a ginger faggot.

Makes you really appreciate that sharp shooting little cherub, St Kyle's gunmanship.
