There's something that's perfectly 2020 in the most macabre way about a person standing over someone he just shot dead with a "vote" sign in the background.

Edit: the pictures posted by @SpookNuker bring up even more questions for me, because whatever caused the pictured confrontation escalated in about a second flat based on the "black guns matter" confrontation context video...that dude goes off frame and is dead almost immediately.

Closeup of the shooter showing his tattoos, plus an interesting random social media post that may be related:

Edit: the space invaders imagery was definitely going around in CO circles:

Any one remember the moon man bomb scare awhile ago?

Might refer to that.

NBC affiliate 9News sent out one dude with a cell phone+security to report on this event? I guess I could maybe see it... phones make decent cameras nowadays and it would draw less attention than a dedicated camera. Still seems weird.

Also, this streamer refers to Mr. Blue Shirt "producer" as "family." Streamer screams at cop "Badge number, BITCH!" and at 2:10:14 someone tells streamer "get this chud with no mask on" and streamer replies "which chud?" So take that as you will.

This tweet links to some streams from today if anyone feels like digging.

Couple more HQ photos. Seems they had an altercation prior to the shooting. Stinkerton man didn't appreciate getting slapped. Was he trying to grab the mace? Can't tell.

Aww, he got bitch-slapped and maced and thinks it's justified deadly force. It isn't. Also, Colorado isn't a "stand your ground" state, so this guy's going to have some real fun in court.
Also, "armed security guard" doesn't mean jack shit. Cops get some leniency with fatal shootings because they all go through standardized deadly force training.
AKA, something along the lines of this:
body language.jpg

Even then, I don't think a cop would get away with this if one were to do the same thing. If the man who was shot deployed a taser or other less-than-lethal (read: not deadly force but has the ability to cause death if used negligently) weapons, it might have been. But mace or pepper spray? Yeah, you belong in the clink. Maybe not for shooting, but for being a pussy who shouldn't be carrying a gun in the first place.

Really interested in how this case develops. This one might even be used to exonerate Kyle Rittenhouse if the evidence is strong enough against Mr. Security Guard. I bet Kyle's lawyer is having a field day today (or, yesterday rather. God I need to go to bed. Fuck it though, I've done worse).

Lastly, what the fuck is "chud" supposed to mean anyways? I've always taken it as "we can't call you 'faggot' or 'retard', or any other actual words that might get my pussy ass cancelled, so I made up this gay playground insult to use".

That's basically what it is. It comes from some B movie, "cannibalistic humanoid underground dwellers." I think they also like how it resonates with "Chad."

The filthy media rats are the "antifa" and they are complicit in the murders and assaults of patriots.

The tricked out gun, grip and even the way he wears his watch and type of wedding ring all yell "this guy works with guns."
If being maced justifies getting one to the skull then it's over, everyone is justified in shooting in response to a non-lethal strike.
If you assault someone who is openly armed you have started a gunfight. You shouldn't do that if you don't have a gun. But it's not unreasonable for the guy who does to think you're trying to get THEIR gun if you're trying to blind them with mace.

It's the very same reason you don't attack some teenager who has a rifle with your little skateboard. 'Fuck around and find out' works across political aisles.

This one may very well depend on who started the altercation. If the guy with a pistol assaulted someone first he's got no legal leg to stand on. But if he was acting legally and someone decided to attack him with a chemical agent, particularly after he demonstrated that he was armed? He'll certainly still get arrested but he'll have a defense to try.

Do the glowies use decoys this young?

I haven’t watched the video cause I’m not interested in watching a boomer get domed tonight but from the screen caps he could be a early-mid 30’s babyface, unless I was looking at the wrong guy - I’m sick of looking at this shit and I’m just tired of this violence in my country tbh.

Anyway, that’s old enough to be a glowie.

Already shit from the start. If your insult relies on some inane acronym, it's garbage. And the fact that it's apparently from some shit movie nobody's heard of makes it even worse.

as people have said before, it single syllable, vulgar sounding, and its something they think they came up with. Obviously a replacement to them calling people reactionaries disparagingly since sigmarxism swapped out RECLAIMING OUR HOBBY FROM REACTIONARIES! to CHUDS! Probably after someone told them their own movement is reactionary and they got asshurt.

Those pictures make it look like he tried to grab the mace, got bitch slapped, got pissed, and then murdered the guy. Even his "oh fuck" look makes it seem like he just raged out after being smacked. What a stable, well-adjusted fellow. I'd love to know who signed off on his required "Certificate of Physical and Mental Fitness."

From what I'm google-fuing, Colorado doesn't have a distinct stand your ground statute, but it has stand your ground in practice in the sense that the jury is given instructions to the effect of stand your ground.

California is similar, where, if you're involved in a defensive shooting and get charged for the homicide, the jury is instructed to take into account that you don't have a duty to retreat, you can respond with deadly force if you fear for your life, etc.

That's the only defense the guy will have. He'll have to make the argument that mace guy was macing him in order to grab his gun.

There's still more evidence to be had, but so far I wouldn't be convinced as a juror. In the picture where the guy had just fired, the mace guy is standing back and there's no indication in his body language he's advancing towards the shooter to take his gun or otherwise.

To make a comparison to Rittenhouse, Pedobaum tried to grab his gun and got shot for his troubles. Skate Or Die did his skateboard clobber, but also tried to grab Kyle's gun (while moronically pointing the muzzle right at his heart); He died for his troubles. Lefty was trying to get an angle to pop Kyle, and lost his right bicep for his troubles.

Sure, but it's hard to say "the guy was trying to disarm me" when he's spraying you with mace instead of charging you, like anyone else would if they were trying to take your gun. I doubt either of them had any professional training, but even a complete moron knows that in order to disarm someone, you need to be up close, not 5-6 feet away.

Those dumb tests are so predictable, any retard with an idea of how they work can pass them. They're designed to check for obvious retards and spergs, and people with any semblance of anxiety/depression (which they over-diagnose like ADD in the 80's) so they can put you on suppression pills that never work. They put me on prescription for them for a month, I took them for less than a week because all they did was make me sleepy. That was a few years ago, and even with all this crazy shit going on now, I'm way more salient and focused than I was then.

I'm not disagreeing with you that the guy is fucked from the evidence we have available. I'm just saying that Colorado does have stand your grounds laws, in practice.

Denver is also a big no-go city for open carry of pistols, different from the state; been a bone of contention for years.

Mace guy didn't use the mace until he saw the pistol; which was after the slap, which was after soycurity ran up and tried to snatch the spray.

Soycurity backpedaled 6-8ft, drew, got sprayed first (by fractions of a second), shot fired.

He's done, as far as the law goes.

That also depends on public perception. A lawyer can easily point that the state doesn't have it specifically stated, along with what Pocket Dragoon said:

What the jury thinks is a lot different from what the laws actually dictate.
