That's assuming the neocons have had in a spine to do anything even when they had power (or at least in the last few decades). Honestly I see them giddy at the idea of being Biden ball washers as long as the Dems return the good old days, where as long as they sat fat and happy, were allowed to have their special Neo-con-kids-club, and got to play around with the federal piggy bank they would basically just gave in to Dems demands and only put up a token effort against them. Fair, you're right, they didn't single-handedly erase the Aztecs (despite popular belief the Aztecs were never even completely wiped out, it was more like 90-94%) but they did slaughter a huge amount of Aztecs and Mayans in their own crazy little gold rush. Contrasting it to even Columbus' worst, there's really no worthwhile comparison. If you're gonna freak out about Columbus at the drop of a hat because 'those poor natives!!'
