So, I'm watching the grifter-in-chief talk about the Rooster Teeth/Achievement Hunter shit, and I'm wondering...

Do we think Funi/RT/etc approached Vic to ask him to privately step down before firing him? And maybe he told one or more of them to sit and spin?

Option 1: they asked him to step down, and he said no. Not a bad look. Considering he's most likely innocent of all the HR shit anyways.

Option 2: they didn't bother with the behind the scenes damage control, like they do when there's a REAL scandal involving an employee they're actually willing to protect (cough Schimmel cough Marche Marchi* cough Rial.) Not a GOOD look for Funi or RT. Considering that we KNOW people like this are 100% willing to go to bat for the GUILTY accused who did WAY worse shit that ACTUALLY effects the company.

But their only interest is the agenda. The job is just where they are 'stationed' at a given time to forward the agenda. There is always some wokie to hire them elsewhere.

People fundamentally misunderstand SJWs. Their entire LIVES are the likes and backpats they get for digging up and slaying the corpses of dragons that died decades ago. Racism was largely gone by the 80s. Women have been in the workplace since the 60s and now own and run major corps. Gays are accepted almost globally.

They have NOTHING but the agenda. None of them have any skill or talent. Their diplomas if any are in HR/Gender studies. No marketable abilities. They had to force their way into gaming, comics, anime, Hollywood, news/media outlets and they exist through the fear of others. They don't create, just destroy.

Take the Agenda of Woke/intersectionalism away and they are literally people whose lives are without purpose or meaning. So the Agenda goes forward at A N Y cost to self oe anyone near them.

I don't know how you guys manage to keep up with everything, I am seriously tired of seeing the same cycle happen every week/two weeks.
It's always the same justifications/accusations from Twitter and it's always the same jokes being made here regarding the same people on Twitter with the occasional adding to the case.

We get it, these Twittos are dumbasses, now can we add something to the debate for once ?

Aside from Vic having something to say... there doesn't seem to be much going on. I'm not going to speculate about what is on Vic's mind, it could be a lot of things. The poor man has been through a lot for this past year and a half. I'll listen to what he has to say because it sounds like he needs others to lend their ears. I'm sure no matter what it is, he'll continue to find support through his fans.

The Ryan and Adam stuff has blown up quite a bit. It's still hard to believe that people still want to call Vic a pedo when it has been this long and we have nothing on him. Only took like a week to compile videos, text messages, and more as proof against the other guys. There is nothing on Vic about offering money to a fan to get a "massage". There are no conversations revealed to where Vic is texting a teen about fucking her. Absolutely nothing.

It has always been someone just trying to change the perspective on a situation with Vic to make it seem worse than it is. An email stating that he can't wait to see you at a con with a smiley face is vastly different than texting about how he's gonna have sex with you at the con. One is just clearly more incriminating than the other...

I know several years ago A-Kon had some of the water containers fall under suspicion. They started assigning people to watch the water and even going as far as to start providing water bottles at some events.

So yeah, the water containers are still a concern but since they're an identified vulnerability, they've been watched.

"The GFM is a scam. Nick and Ty are just using Vic for a harassment campaign" I've been hearing that for a year so I'm gonna try to do a assessment on this topic. Key word try.

So Nick Rekieta creates the GFM for Vic without his permission until later on when he emailed him about it. Note Vic was still in the process of suing even though Nick was the one who told him to sue which makes no sense since he already had a lawyer before speaking to Nick. Ok after "failing" with those lawyers who told him that he had no case which also makes no sense since @Svetlana has told a different story with evidence of it not being the case and why would she lie to us about it. Nick will begin his harassment campaign which consisted of making fun of the defendants on Twitter with high school level stuff (something they're guilty of doing but its ok when they do it because they're victims) and calling them liars but it also consisted on air telling people who support Vic not to go harass people or call their jobs something KV is guilty of doing and receipts shows. He even spent a portion of streams encouraging victims of actual sexual assault to come out or to prevent a dangerous situation like that to happen. But this is just a cover up since he is angry incel (though being married with 5 kids) who wants to see women have experience assault to be ruined and grinded to dust. He expresses the Cons are for fans and during the Kamehacon incident even expresses for people who are bummed Vic got reinvited to just go to the con and have fun while ignoring Vic. He goes on and on to say that he's not Vic's lawyer even though he obviously is except even Vic denies this as well and what purpose does he need to lie when he "admitted" to everything that he did in his depo.

Nick then proceeds to argue 12 lawyers, a fat chick, and a pretend lawyer over this case that he knows is frivolous but needs to keep this up because he wants women to suffer some more. Though he did try to reach out to these lawyers for a conversation on his show and got publicly denied and made fun of for even trying. He also then reprimands his harassment campaign cohort Ty for telling the Farms to make Doucet-I mean every single lawyer who talk negatively about this case and insult Vic miserable. Nick would then be given Ron divorce and hatch a new narrative to make it out that Ron is a psychopath with some repressed issues even though due to Ron's actions this year that is clearly the case with or without those documents. He would then hope Monica is safe when revealing Ron's past even though he doesn't like her as a person. But wait there's more.

He then would criticize his cohort Ty on his performance at the TCPA hearing even saying Sam Johnson was the best lawyer there which makes no sense since he's bias about this case that he thinks Vic could easily have won even though he has said in the beginning there was a chance Vic would lose and Marchi had the weakest case. But wait there's more, he then goes drunken rant on Twitch complaining about Vic not being more abrasive over this situation even calling him a pussy. This is proof that he doesn't care about Vic even though he then complains about not being able to show him and Vic playing golf. The weirder part is that he reveals that Sean and Sabat were Iago, Geekdom involvement and being easily baited by Pedofection but not the fact that he told Vic to sue or he was his lawyer. He was drunk and most people tell the truth when they are drunk. But wait there's more. Nick would proceed to show the GFM every time its mentioned whilst knowing that its a scam and very illegal to do. Lets not forget that he's a father of 5 children so of course he do something so dumb and land himself (and Ty) in jail. He then make jokingly remarks about the GFM being a scam by Lawtwits and Ron when he should be scared cause they know scheme and are ready to burst his bubble. Nick did all this when he doesn't care about Vic or his fans and wanted to start a culture war for his own amusement and he probably doesn't care that his dead Grandpa is in the documents of this case.

With all that being said to all LawTwits that lurk here who think of Nick's motives are this, does this make any lick of sense?

The hilarious thing with Vic is that, despite stating, under oath, that he's banged more chicks than he can remember, none have come forward with anything, negative or otherwise. As far as I can tell, he only left satisfied customers.

Now take Ryan Haywood. At least one girl was a virgin up until that point, and he was apparently rough enough to cause pain multiple times.

You'd think they could find someone to say Vic was a little too vigorous with his Italian sausage, but they can't even find a disgruntled sexual partner.

It's always about jealousy with these people, although I doubt Ryan was truly envious of Vic's sexual prowess given he could get himself laid every time he went to a con due to how easy it is to manipulate 17-year-olds and mentally ill women.

Some people are into rough sex, but there's nothing sexy about going in dry every single time to make them bleed (Jesus Christ ,why) and scream beneath him. Ryan got off to pain and domination but it still made him a lousy lover, however, he was great at manipulating the girls into coming back to him every time. Couldn't say the same about his own wife who should've left him sooner tbh, but he might've (tried to?) emotionally manipulated her too since she refused sex from him.

There are quite a few women walking the surface of this Earth that have banged Vic Mignogna. They know they have. They may still like him. Surely, they know about this situation.

They would be coming out in droves if Vic was a bad lover or hurt any of them. It's funny that not even Michele who could say some bad shit, hasn't said anything on that level.
