I agree with all of this except for Gavin. He has the "winning" combo of a callous personality (i.e. he's a dick), a lack of emotional intelligence, and a high opinion of himself; he's actually one of the people I most suspect is guilty of fraternizing. The other person I highly suspected was Geoff, but after reading his statement I'm inclined to believe him. The way he continues to defend Griffon even after their divorce lets me know that he didn't lie about their amicability, so that likely means that his story about their attempting an open marriage is true.

I almost lost it at "the weekly controversies at RT." That's putting it lightly.

It's nice to have someone from this company put out such a candid statement that doesn't read like corporate bullshit. Geoff's a skilled writer - you know, having been a journalist and all - and this is 100% his voice, with no dancing around issues or dodging questions. I really respect that. If more people at RT had done stuff like this, I think that a lot fewer of them would've been called into question in terms of what they knew or didn't know.

I don't know how much I believe Geoff that no one knew about Ryan, but I'm at least willing to accept that he probably didn't. Gotta say, if no one else at RT is a freak of the week like Ryan, I feel really bad for them; they're going to be under an insane amount of scrutiny for weeks, maybe even months to come.
