That guy's comment was in reply to me, I was pointing out that in his original document for his lawsuit to try to make brothels legal in Utah, he mentions how he had apparently hired hookers in Utah illegally, in his words, as many as 15-30 times.It's illegal in Utah but he didn't engage in it in Utah. He did it in Nevada where it is legal at least in certain areas.
That's the key part here. It's like if you live in Idaho where pot is illegal but step over to Washington, Oregon or Nevada where it is legal you can smoke up all you want. But what you can't do is bring any of that back to Idaho or else you could get arrested. It's the same with Russ. He went to Nevada, did his whoring there and came back to Utah. Now had he brought the hooker over the state line to Utah, fucked her, paid her and she went back to Nevada then he might be in trouble if he admitted to it.
