Although some Messianic people have been allowed in, although some had to go through court battles.

No Orthodox Sanhedrin or Rabbi would marry a Jew to a Buddhist. So in order to have married her you would have had to be married by a Reform Rabbi.

Just as the Orthodox would not accept your marriage, you try to scrutinize others. Pitiful.

Well, top of the morning to ya!

Three of these female scholars you cited were born before 1950. They are my grandmother's generation, a different kind of feminist. Dr. Tali Artman Partock looks to be about a decade or two older than me, she's another kind of feminist too. I'm the next generation of women pushing the envelope, so to speak. You could call me the "fourth wave".

Just as it is said that Judith Plaskow was "the first Jewish feminist", there is a first along the lines many places. At one point Plaskow was the only one saying what she said. They another came. And another. And another. This is the way academic scholarship evolves. Jane says AB. Jill says ABC. Then 60 years later Joann comes along and says, no, its ACD.

As a matter of practice in Academia, being the first one to challenge scholarly consensus does not invalidate a scholar. It gets other scholars thinking. Glad to see you thinking.

And while I am glad to see that you are aware of Jewish Feminists and that you recognize them, you've left out Tal Ilan, author of "Women in Qumran and the Dead Sea Scrolls" (2010) who recognized the gender equality aspects of that Jewish sect. This writing is available here:

This writing is particularly important because it demonstrates the gender equality principle that that Jewish sect held. Ilan demonstrates this through an analysis of why Leviticus 18 omits a passage about Uncle's marrying their nieces. It says in Lev. 18 that nephews cannot marry their Aunts but oddly enough it is not directly written in that passage that Uncle's cannot marry their nieces. The Qumran/DSS community however, reasoned that because gender equality was written into The Torah, the same applied to Uncles and nieces. How did they reach that conclusion? A quote from Tal Ilan's writing:

"Here CD states that, 'while it is true that this prohibition is absent from the list of incestuous relationships recorded in Leviticus 18
the mirror opposite, marriage to an aunt, is', and ‘The rule of incest is written for males but refers equally to women’ (CD 5:9-11)

*CD is "The Damascus Document"

So here we have a Jewish feminist writing about gender equality principles in The Torah recognized by a Jewish sect.

Now I turn to your statements about dual meanings of verses in The Torah.

In The Torah, there are often double meanings to passages. This is widely accepted by all sects of Judaism. Even Christians actually. For example, it is commonly known that the phrase "you shall not muzzle and ox while treading the grain" literally means that you should allow an ox to chew the cud/don't put a muzzle on it. It also has a spiritual meaning. That you should not hold back the food/wages of a clan leader/the Ox of the family.

Even the Orthodox Rabbis recognize this dual meaning of phrases with things like the word "nakedness". In Genesis it says "and they were naked and unashamed". Orthodox Rabbis have long interpreted the word "naked" to mean your inner spirit, the seat of one's heart and thoughts. If you aren't aware of that, here is a link for a sample: https://www.jstor.org/stable/3266667?seq=1

Here is also the Reform Jew take on it, which shows that "nakedness" has a dual meaning: https://reformjudaism.org/learning/torah-study/torah-commentary/nakedness-and-vulnerability

You seem to be aware of this dual meaning of things somewhat but then you back track when it comes to Deut. 25:13-16.

First, I think it's important to show some of the Hebrew that is written into Deuteronomy 25. When you go to the Hebrew, you can see the spiritual meaning of this verse better:

“You are not to have in your pack two sets of weights, one heavy, the other light. You are not to have in your house two sets of measures, one big, the other small. You are to have a correct[שׁלמה] and fair[וצדק] weight[אבן], and you are to have a correct[שׁלמה] and fair[וצדק] measure[לך איפה], so that you will prolong your days in the land Adonai your Elohim is giving you. For all who do such things, all who deal dishonestly, are destestable to Adonai your Elohim."

So these two words here, שׁלמה and צדק are from the roots of words meaning "Shalom" and "Righteousness" (Tzedakah). Keep that in mind as we proceed here. Also, the word for weight is H68 אבן and for measure there is H374: אֵיפָה.

The word אבן has figurative meanings in Isa. 8:14, Ezek. 11:19, Ezek. 36:26, to name just a few
Here are some verses that show that the word "measure" in Hebrew has a figurative meaning. Micah 6:10 is a weaker proof but any doubt that is left is settled by Zec. 5:10.

"Are there yet the treasures of wickedness in the house of The Wicked, and the scant[רזון] measure [H374: אֵיפָה.] that is abominable?" (Micah 6:10).

"Then the angel speaking with me went forward and said to me, “Now raise your eyes, and see what this thing is, passing by.” I asked, “What is it?” He said, “This is the eifah-measure passing by.” Then he added, “This is their eye in all the land.” Next I saw a lead disc lifted up to reveal a woman sitting in the eifah. He said, “This is Evil.” He threw her down into the eifah and pressed the lead weight over its opening. I raised my eyes and saw two women coming with the wind in their wings; for they had wings like those of a stork. They lifted the eifah up between the earth and the sky. I asked the angel speaking with me, “Where are they taking the eifah?” He answered me, “To build it a shrine in the land of Shin‘ar. When it’s ready, [the eifah] will be set down there on its base.”" (Zec. 5:10)

More importantly, are the words of my Rabbi. This is what he taught, likening a "measure" to someone's behavior (using "measure" in figurative language):

"For the way you judge others is how you will be judged — the measure with which you measure out will be used to measure to you" (Matthew 7:2)

"Measure" and "weight" have figurative meanings in Hebrew too.
Does being angry make you happy?

You know what's hilarious? Your sister-n-law doesn't work at the Aliyah immigration office so her opinion doesn't matter. Hahahahahaha 🤣

You know what else is hilarious? That you think I'm intimidated by people who follow The Talmud! Ahhhahaha 🤣

I bet she's one of those disobedient Jews who puts an pagan fertility egg on her Passover plate! Ahhhahaha 😂

Also tell me who her Rabbi is so I can report her for breaking The Talmud and speaking against a fellow Jew. I have the right to Aliyah. She's going to have to pay her Rabbi some shekels for her sin.
First of all she didn't say she'd be the one to keep you from immigrating, but she knows how it works because you know she's actually a native and grew up there. Unlike you who doesn't know how anything anywhere works because you're retarded.

What the fuck is a pagan fertility egg? Is it an Easter egg, or is it some stupid thing you misunderstood because you're literally dumber than a retard?

I don't know who her rabbi is and I wouldn't tell you if I did. Even if I did they wouldn't charge her anything for speaking against you because you're not really Jewish. You're a mishmash of retarded beliefs that justify your terrible behaviors.

I wish more people would point out that you're just a Goy LARPing as a Jew to make yourself feel special.
They will look at your overall character when assessing your Aliyah application.
Then your definitely not getting in. Anyone who looks into your character for 3 minutes can tell you're a spiteful, vindictive, trashy whore.

It's hilarious how your arguments look even sillier when an actual scholar cites evidence against your positions. Just because some words were used metaphorically in other places does not mean that they were intended to be used metaphorically in the passage that is the backbone of your belief.

Are you a Zionist? Do you have actual Jewish or Israeli heritage? Following the religion isn't enough (which you'd fail at regardless but I digress), you need physically be a Jew and support the Israeli state.

Yes, I have a grandparent that is blood Jewish (Ashkenazi). She was not born in the USA. I have a legal right under The Law of Return to live in Israel.

Zero. However, I am an adult capable of rational thought and even my dumb homeschooled ass knows that you can't go "this word was used figuratively here and here, therefore it must have been used figuratively here" and expect that to stick. Neither can you cherry-pick a single feminist who agrees with your view based on one tiny verse when Prof. @CyrusKissFanClub gave you five.

Uncle-fucking (and marrying) was such a predominant problem amongst the nephews and nieces of those days that of course they would have taken up the extra space on a stone tablet to say "oh, hey ladies, you can't be doing this either". Otherwise the Hebrews, known rules-lawyers as we are, would have continued gleefully on following the bad influence of their neighbors but only for their daughters. This does not mean that the ancient Hebrews were egalitarian, only that they had some specific laws.

To use a metaphor you might agree with, it'd be like saying that because giving women a lower wage in the workplace was recorded as illegal, it surely never happened. We all know that would be a ridiculous premise and a dumb leap of logic.

Then what's the point of seeking Aliyah then? You can already go in through the Law of Return so you seeking Aliyah is pointless besides the government gibmedats.

It's because she's lying. She's a lying liar who lies. Oh and a degenerate cousin fucking skank.

I can authoritatively say that it doesn't make her happy, but it makes her satisfied. It scratches an itch to pretend to be persecuted and rage against it.

I think the whores of the world should demand an apology for being compared to Mel here.

As said above, yes she does.

She believes her own bullshit, 100%. It's pathological lying. She legitimately believes she is a righteous Jew that is covered under the Law of Return, even though she is very obviously not.

You're not wrong, I just also thing there's a layer buried very deep down that knows she's full of shit and that's why she has to put on performative displays like fighting the farms, to keep that voice quiet because acknowledging that voice would destroy her.

That layer covers more than her knowing she's full of shit about her religion. It also covers how miserable her entire life is. Stuck as a brood sow living off welfare, no friends or family, and basically every one hates her. When she argues how good her life is and how happy she is, she's trying to convince herself. We can all see through her because she's an open book and extremely shallow.

Look at it from her perspective: If she isn't a righteous Jew warrior destroying filthy goyim and Christians on the online, what is she? She's an unemployable welfare leech with 6 kids (one of them retarded) from what, 4 or 5 different fathers? She smells bad, is hated by her neighbors and landlord, and has an absolutely fuck awful track record with romantic partners.

She is and has nothing if not for her self righteous religious insanity. She's putting a LOT of weight on that one pillar, and you can see the cracks starting to form.

Regardless of whether or not you follow the flow of my analysis The Messiah taught that the word "measure" has a figurative meaning:

Once again....

"For the way you judge others is how you will be judged — the measure with which you measure out will be used to measure to you" (Matthew 7:2)

The fact that the Messiah used the word "measure" in a figurative meaning once doesn't mean that therefore every single instance of it in every book of the Torah is figurative. That's bonkers talk and not backed up by any other actual scholars.

You Goy think that your relationships are "normal, healthy and loving" or that you are in "love". You don't know what love is. What you think is "healthy and loving" is DISGUSTING to Elohim.

You're a disgusting human being, a worthless piece of garbage born to be destroyed in a river of fire
Alrighty. I'll just carry on doing what I'm doing then (making pizza dough for a gal I like), since I'm damned by default *shrug*

I said you can't use Psychology over The Torah
Nono, YOU can't use it over your book because YOU have elected the torah to be your moral compass. We can use whatever we want over whatever we want, because we aren't beholden to a particular book. Because as you put it:

I just don't live within moral relativism (spaghetti brains). I live according to moral absolutes (an ordered/organized brain). Everything goes back to a moral absolute.
We can pick and choose, we can adapt, reflect, evaluate, learn and change as we come across other sources and experiences to shape our view of what is right and what is wrong.
This is actually a very important statement of yours because it basically sums up what is at the center of the strong divergence in our views.
Well that and ... all the other things.

I believe I am never wrong
Does debate (which is what you mentioned coming here for after a while) not necessitate an openness by both parties to acknowledge that the other party's points might be correct and that one's own is incorrect? Just as, in a duel (a comparison you like to employ), one person doesn't insist on wearing a stab- or bulletproof vest? Otherwise, isn't it just at best, dueling monologues?

Nobody in the mainstream takes you seriously. You're quite literally a joke in academia.
Being a joke in academia would mean that someone (non-imaginary) has taken notice.

Actually I'm superior to you in every way. I'm not bragging though because 90% of the human population can say the same
Only 90%?

Yet for some reason, your name dings up nothing related to you when searched through typical academical resources. Seems like you're not peer-reviewed or cited at least on any publication that's available. Granted, your academical track record was bachelor's from parks and recreation, right?

So I'm going with a 🚫 on that one
So I'm going with an :optimistic: on that one.

Uh-huh, did you know I have a Batmobile in my garage?

I'm a beautiful, sexy educated woman with 4 strong sons to fill my life with laughter and to work my homestead and 2 beautiful daughters to fill my heart with happiness
Ain't a homestead unless you actually own the place and land. But good on you for having such high self-esteem.

"Elohim is a righteous Judge,
an Elohim whose anger is present every day" Ps. 7:12(11)

I am made in the image of Elohim
But the question was bit different: does it make you happy? Does being made in that way make you happy?

I get invited to virtual conferences and Professors use my book in classes

Do you pay money for these online conferences? As for the second part, I don't believe you and you have provided absolutely zero evidence for your claim. Because it is a lie. Your book is 80-some pages, with 20 pages of that being the introduction. Your book is in no way academic or scholarly. Judging from the list of contents, most topics that you touch on are covered in three or four pages.
Funny. More than one of my exes tried to reconcile with me. One even told me he would always love me. Most of them have already apologized for being dicks to me. They grew up just a little too late.

I'm a beautiful, sexy educated woman with 4 strong sons to fill my life with laughter and to work my homestead and 2 beautiful daughters to fill my heart with happiness

Who are you trying to convince of this? I don't believe that your exes came crawling back to you to apologize.

You will never have a homestead. Your education is functionally worthless. Your sons will likely flee your hideous household and your abhorrent belief system as soon as they are of age, if not sooner. They will likely live lives of poverty and desperation thanks to your willful refusal to see them properly educated and socially integrated with the wider world.

I doubt that there is much or really any laughter in your life. You are too malicious and too mentally ill. Your personality disorder dictates your emotions, much to your detriment.
And I can give one hell of a blow job

This I can believe, you've certainly had enough practice.
