Being able to know what someone really thinks, beyond what they actually do or say. Leftists often have the delusion that they possess this ability.
If you like Trump at all, and keep it to yourself, you're obviously part of the "Trump cult".
If you burn bridges with friends and family over your extremely open dislike of Trump, then you are almost certainly not in any sort of cult whatsoever. Because that certainly isn't at all cultish behavior.

1. Candy/sweets are a luxury and I would not be shocked if a lot of lefties grew up with parents that were stingy on giving them candy, ice cream, milkshakes, etc on demand. Especially if they grew up in a school or household with someone with a peanute allergy (meaning that a lot of candy was forbidden due to it having peanut butter/peanuts).
2. A lot of these fucks can't afford sweets on demand or are purposely denying themselves sweets due to them being vegan and it makes them lash out at people who CAN afford double scooped ice cream cones or candy on demand.
3. Since Trump doesn't use drugs or drink, the closest thing to a vice they can attack him over is his junk food habits. Especially since Michelle Obama made a huge stink (and got rejected HARD) when she tried to force her 1%er mindset on nutrition onto families and schools.
Most atheists are people who had fundamentalist/very religious parents and a lot of these types become atheists solely to rebel against their parents and throw it into their parents faces that they permanently turned their kids against the very idea of God because of <insert real or imaginary or both slight the parents inflicted upon the kids to turn them against God>.

That would be a great outcome. Even if not another Trump is elected or even runs for president, using their influence in the party to completely pull it away from the last two decades of Neocons would help cement their legacy for the better. It would also make the Conservative Party much more appealing, as there's a lot of people (especially here) who were center/left but turned right because of Trump.
Less Romney's and McCain's, more Rand Paul's and Dan Crenshaw's. Even Ted Cruz has become very likeable the last few years.

McCain dying was the best thing to happen to U.S. politics in at least two decades. I don't know how or what stranglehold he had on the Republican party, but as soon as he died and his Chosen Successor (his wife) wasn't given the reigns of power... it was as if, overnight, the Republicans became different people. Suddenly we had Cocaine Mitch instead of Mr. Turtle. Suddenly Ted Cruz was going hard on populism, rather than weak NeoCon bullshit. Just... over night, Trump went from having a borderline hostile Senate, to one that almost actually likes him.

Also, just because someone's the strongest, doesn't mean they're the best. Star Lord doesn't have much in the way of powers (aside from his brief fight with Ego in GotG2), and he probably is one of the physically weaker characters in the series, but he's fun to watch with added depth to him that got built up over several movies. Even the most rabid MCU fans have a sense of apathy towards Captain Brie, and there was a real worry that she'd show up and steal the show at the last minute in Endgame from the characters that had been established and built up over the previous decade. Thankfully, the Russos knew that would be a shit idea, and she basically only serves to be a deus ex machina a couple times, happily fucking off for the rest of the movie. Turns out that when you make a character an overpowered Mary Sue, you pretty much ruin any chance of their being an interesting character, a problem that Disney keeps having (Rey in Disney Wars, Mulan in the remake, etc.).
It's really no surprise that a faggot consumed by TDS would love her, though. He probably fantasizes about being an invincible, unstoppable killing machine and going on a rampage destroying Trump supporters, like good ol' MovieBob.

Hopefully he'll address it in the morning though. If I find it or if he retweets it I will archive and add here.
