🐱 Rudy Giuliani faces questions after compromising scene in new Borat film

The reputation of Rudy Giuliani could be set for a further blow with the release of highly embarrassing footage in Sacha Baron Cohen’s follow-up to Borat.

In the film, released on Friday, the former New York mayor and current personal attorney to Donald Trump is seen reaching into his trousers and apparently touching his genitals while reclining on a bed in the presence of the actor playing Borat’s daughter, who is posing as a TV journalist.

Following an obsequious interview for a fake conservative news programme, the pair retreat at her suggestion for a drink to the bedroom of a hotel suite, which is rigged with concealed cameras.

After she removes his microphone, Giuliani, 76, can be seen lying back on the bed, fiddling with his untucked shirt and reaching into his trousers. They are then interrupted by Borat who runs in and says: “She’s 15. She’s too old for you.”

Representatives for Giuliani have not replied to the Guardian’s requests for comment.

That's the issue, the movie is not even out yet. It wouldn't surprise me if this was a scrapped scene that was just added because it makes for a good headline and makes seem Hunter Biden's controversy less scandalous. Wouldn't surprise me if in the actual scene she encourages him to touch himself until Borat cockblocks him. But of course, go with the pedo narrative.

1. A 24 year old actress pretending to be a journalist asks to interview Rudy Giuliani.
2. No news source hires 15 year old girls and has them interview political figures.
3. The 24 year old actress makes sexual advances toward Giuliani, a single man.
4. They go to a hotel room, and as Rudy makes himself ready for consenual legal intercourse, a man runs in and yells, "She's 15". This is a lie. She was not 15, but 24.
5. No charges are filed because no crimes are committed. Two legal adults made overtures to sexual intercourse. The man was not informed of the woman's age, but she was in her mid twenties and pretending to have a profession that doesn't hire minors.
There was no indication to Giuliani that she was underage, and it would have been unreasonable for him to assume so given her adult body and professed career.

Giuliani and anybody bothering to carry the Hunter Biden story are putting their reputations and livelihoods on the line by doing so. The obvious potential backlash should they be found to be liars is a counterpoint to meaningful skepticism.

Meanwhile, their opposition makes up an obvious lie that would put them on a defamation lawsuit expressway...?

I mean, I don't think it was a 'gotcha' for Guliani. It was mostly done just as a joke. Borat is always about the 'gotcha' moments and things taken out of context. Its supposed to make people look like buffoons. Obviously Cohen was waiting for a good moment to burst into the room. Did he want to humiliate Giuliani a bit? Sure. Do I think it was done politically? No.

It just happens to be 'WELL GULIANI IS A SEXPEST TOO' while ignoring context. I have a feeling the joke was always going to be 'What you doing alone in my room with sister? She 15! You need to pay 2 goats, 3 sheep and a tire before you can bed her.' Does it prove anything? No.

Basically you can write 'fuck the Guardian' because they're the ones saying it. Hilariously, they're a British paper with MUCH weaker libel and defamation laws. It is obviously a joke as they didn't present her as a non-English speaking girl from a foreign country but probably an eloquent journalist. Women wanting to fuck powerful men isn't new. Also Guliani didn't make the overtures, she did.

I mean, it is EXCEEDINGLY risky to do this to a public figure and would have been much safer if it were done with a famous 'actor' (who was playing a parodied version of themselves) and Borat's sister. It is better to do this as a skit rather than a 'gotcha'. Because a 'gotcha' implies reality, which this obviously wasn't.

I'd explore suing the Guardian though. That seems to be implying he's a pedophile based off of a comedy film. That's pretty fucked.

There's nothing in the video to imply that anything Giuliani did was even remotely illegal or even morally questionable. The only thing this proves is that he's a bit of a retard for seriously believing that any young woman would want a piece of his dick. The "she's 15" part was meant to shock and embarrass Rudy, not expose him as a pedo. I'm fairly sure he's about to win a few fat defamation lawsuits against the media companies who implied that he was one.

Cohen did a bit some months ago where he went to some conservative rally "in disguise", got on stage and told a bunch of horrible racist jokes while hidden camera men went through the crowd looking for anyone who smiled at them.
He then released it as some big gotcha about how horrible Trump supporters are. I genuinely think that this stunt with the 24 year old actress was done purely for political reasons and making something "humorous" was not a real consideration

It's very easy to fake that kind of stuff. 95% of the people can be scowling or trying to get you off stage and you'll still find someone laughing, perhaps just at the hilarity of trying to get someone off stage.

This is David Blaine level of camera deception, where you do a magic trick on the street and then splice it with other video where you're using tools like a forklift. You get both good visuals for home and good reactions. Spliced together, presto, "reality TV".

I do remember that. But he couldn't have predicted that there would be a Hunter Biden sex tape. Or that only a British rag would pick it up. Not to mention it is EXCEEDINGLY dangerous to do this and call a public figure, a former AG no less, a pedophile. I mean, you can frame it as embarrassing. But they're obviously trying to call Guliani a pedo. You can try to make it embarrass him, and just leave it at that.

The problem is that the left and their allies are fucking shitting themselves over the Biden hard drive. They are running around like a chicken with their head cut off. They're trying to do anything and everything to staunch the bleeding. If there was no Hunter HD, I doubt we'd even hear about this except maybe on Twitter.

The whole thing is exceedingly weak and just exposes how much the powers that be are panicking. From articles saying a crackhead who got a stripper pregnant after cheating on her with his dead brother's wife and got caught because he was too fucking high to remember or pay a measly $85 bill is not an embarrassment. Hint: He fucking is.
