It's a good strategy to create multiple runs of limited merch, a new shirt, a new limited whatever every few weeks. Milks the people that are there. But the viewers who are there, are there every night. There aren't really casual drop ins. This can't make that much money. So about 800 people, for this example I'm going to assume no bots, and maybe best case scenario 5% of the audience buys stuff, so about 40 people. It's good marketing to say it's limited and numbered and all that, and you probably need at least 100 of things printed to make it worth it, but he would probably be better off making about 25 - or even 10, marketing it as super limited edition, get them fast before they are gone, and then you can gloat that they are sold out, making it easier to sell more things in the future because everyone will know they might miss it. At this point maybe I would go holiday marketing. Should have make Halloween stuff, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc. That's an easy sell. Or themes related to something going on each month, an election shirt, etc. Hell, if things get too bad, sell a Ralphachan shirt. Do memes people made for your show or personality limited edition cards with signatures, create a collector card set where you have to buy this month's card. I don't personally care about him, but that kid needs a better life than it's going to get.

There could be perfectly good reasons for this. The tshirts might be different sizes. Maybe the last 90 shirts were printed in 3XL, and the first 10 were a svelte 2XL. Ralph could easily have sold 90 packs to typical viewers and just not been able to find any buyers for the packs with the small 2XLs.

its possible gator is feeding us slightly incorrect info to throw us off, ive done that before, saying youre say a clerk at trader joes when really its walmart or a gas station or youre actually a fry cook etc etc, stating a different degree than the one youre actually going for as well or things like this
