I think someone said one of the drugs they give him to offset the Alzheimer’s is Ritalin. Ritalin is actually quite similar to speed (it’s why they think a lot of adults may have undiagnosed ADD and just self-medicate with lots of caffeine), and if you only take it rarely (to ensure it works most potently, for example) the first dose you take of it again will absolutely give you the same side effects.

People aren't not getting tested of a lack of tests at this point, its because they don't want to wait in line to have a probe shoved up their nose when they feel fine.

Biden wants to use other nations as models, but large parts of Australia are still locked down despite having tiny amounts of cases, Europe is having a resurgence and continued outbreaks despite their best efforts, and China is a trap of lies and disinformation.

Constitution says little about the structure of the court. If the court goes rouge then Congress can neuter it. My guess is that Biden’s plan is to pack the court but add term limits to lower concerns about rigging the court even though it will give the Democrats at least a decade long dominence in the court.

Can't term limit Article III judges. Can't even give them a pay cut. Not without a Constitutional amendment, and they don't have the states to ratify an amendment. Irrespective of how he intends to accomplish it, it is very concerning that a Presidential candidate is campaigning on the idea of trampling all over separation of powers and checks and balances, and no you don't deserve to know what changes he wants or why they'd be good.

ritalin and adderal are amphetamines. He has heart and vascular problems so its dumb to take them, but I am sure he is using so that he won't lose focus. He usually is kind of squinty, and blinks normally, when he isn't pepped up for debates.
