It's not just Biden. Eisenhower said if he was given a few days to think about it he could come up with something Nixon did as VP. Dan Quayle was useless. Al Gore turned out to be fucking crazy as soon as he stepped out of Clinton's shadow. Biden was too gaffe-prone to be given anything public. I think Obama knew of his corruption and just let him do that. I reckon most VPs don't have anything much to do except weird corner cases like tie-breaking votes. Also, there's the theoretical 25th amendment power to declare the POTUS has lost his mind but I bet every single POTUS elected picked someone they knew wouldn't challenge them. In fact, George Bush apparently picked Cheney for just that reason - he was seen as slavishly loyal and had no ambition to be President himself. Though, actually, Cheney was a conniving bastard who took over W's foreign policy.

I think VPs come in the following types

1) Wholly useless
2) Uriah Heep types who seem slavishly loyal but plot to either take over some part of the admin's policy or run for POTUS themselves.
3) Massively corrupt - Agnew, Biden

It does work in court. Here is what you say. Your honor, the video in question is not child porn nor could be reasonably assumed to be child porn because the video does not appear to contain a minor.

If I were watching this on PornHub, and I had no idea who Hunter Biden was, I wouldn't assume it was child porn because there is no identifiable minor in the video.

if the prosecutor can prove it's a minor, then it's a minor. face blurred or not. If obfuscation was all it took to avoid penalties, mosaiced cp would be a thing.

You would have to prove that I knew the person is a minor, and since their face is blurred, there's no way for me to know that.

If you saw this video, removed from all other context, there's no way you would be able know the age of the person in the video who's face is blurred.

There is no identifiable minor in the video, therefore it is not child porn.

This is an anti-CCP faction which are made pariahs, outlaws. I think Bannon did some publicity student near the statue of liberty with an affiliate group.
I'm not sure how exactly they procured the pictures though. Thought Giuliani wanted the New York Post to be the go-to outlet, but I suppose there are some things not even they'll publish.

they would only have to prove that you saw a video of a child being fucked. you knowing or not knowing the age of the person is irrelevant when it comes to CP. it's why they burned out all the early videos of traci lords. she was 15 at recording but had fake documents that said she was 20. Turns out, recording a 15 year old having sex is child pornography and traci having a birth certificate saying she was 20 meant diddly squat.

I don't know what you're not understanding. If the video doesn't contain an identifiable minor then it's not child porn. I can't identify the person because they're blurred out.

I would host this file on my site, there's nothing illegal about it as it is.
