Most shameful game purchase

Probably Cube World. I had bought it when it first went on sale on the creator's website. I feel like I got my fun out of it then but the shameful part is that I bought two more copies for friends that they never used. I haven't played it since it came to Steam though.

Yep, that's it. It fucking sucks horribly. Only bought it because I knew the Timesplitters guys were behind it.

Hitman: Absolution was the game that got me to hate preordering like a retard.
I also regretted Skyrim and Fallout 4 though I did get Skyrim on PC for mods and that was worth it. Fallout 4 is an irredeemable dumpster fire.

No. Thinking back on it, I can think of three or four exceptions, but I've bought and played a lot of Japanese games. Even in those exceptions, I wouldn't count them as "complete" because they had a shitload of new game+ content and true endings. Half of the reason why I get burned out on them. I've never beaten Dark Souls or Dragons Dogma, which were the two I tried the hardest to enjoy. There's just something about J-games that don't mesh.
 
I preordered Duke Nukem Forever and Uncharted 4. I keep saying I'll quit but preordered RE3 remake back in March. I didn't think it was that bad but definitely not worth the preorder.
 
Blood DLC for totalwarhammer. is a contender. Its stupid that its not part of the base game and it doesnt work well anyway...
 
I bought the "Itch.io bundle for racial equality: 1000+ games for 5$ or more" because I like looking at shitty indie games and I'm still pissed that at least $2.50 of my money went to bail out some assholes (the fund they donated to I swear had like at least one pedo be released UGH).

I have DRM free access to Night in the Woods, Celeste, Tonight we Riot (the one with ayran supersayin trump), and various other titles, feel free to hmu if you want anything in DMs. But yeah, a good 90% of these aren't worth a penny.

I actually enjoyed Gothic 3 for what it managed to do. Flawed, yes, but still a fun exploration game.

Speaking of Gothic...I bought Arcania on launch. Now that, I regret wasting money on.

Even after reading multiple reviews that were very clear about how awful it was, I still bought Lucha Libre AAA: Heroes del Ring for the PS3, because I couldn’t resist owning a licensed Lucha Libre wrestling game, especially an insanely bad one.

At least I only paid $7.00 Canadian for it.

Easy. The answer is Short Warp. It's basically Warioware but it's packaged with a Short Warp branded condom. No joke. Up until I moved I still knew were the thing was some twenty years later.

Tribes 3. Bought it release day and every server was dead. and stayed that way until I gave up and uninstalled it. I guess there was a consensus to not buy it among the Tribes player community because of reasons, but I don't follow gaming communities so I didn't know. I just game to pew pew niggas, not talk about it.

Ignoring the scene around games is why I put hundreds of hours into Tribes 1 and DIDN'T KNOW SKIING WAS A THING.
