Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

Yes exactly. Their system is very shitty to begin with + is disproportionately favors one gender over the other to the point of infanticide.

I think at this point, no one really knows who will win. Biden might be pure shit, but Trump has had a 5 year smear campaign leveled against him, it has to have some sort of an effect on his standing. If Trump was replaced by a generic GOP of old, someone harmless, then Biden would have been fucking nuked with all the shit coming out about him. Yet the sheer hatred for Trump is protecting. Said it before but it needs to be repeated, Biden could fuck a kid on camera and I doubt it would sway many of the people against Trump.

The main question of this campaign is basically this: can TDS/#VoteBlueNoMatterWho overwhelm the enthusiasm of the Trump base? Judging from the absolutely anemic response to anytime Biden appears in public, especially when compared to the massive crowds Trump pulls in, on top of the impromptu rallies and parades that his supporters put on all by themselves, I'd say the answer to that question is "not a chance."

Campaigns aren't won by not being the other guy. You have to give people something to latch onto, ideas that resonate with them and drive them to the polls. Shillary isn't loved by basically anyone that's not trying to curry favor with the devil herself, but Trump offered more than just not being a Clinton, he highlighted various failures of Washington and his own proposed solutions. Clinton ran on "You like Obama, right? Four more years! Orange Man Bad!" The results speak for themselves.

If the Dems put forward a charismatic candidate that could offer up sensible rebuttals to Trump's policies, then their chances would greatly improve. Instead, they nominated a decaying corpse, partnered him with an unlikable charisma vacuum, and pushed the exact same policies they proposed in 2016, but even worse. Barring immense voter fraud, I don't see Joe pulling out a win. And with the courts smacking down various measures the Dems were hoping to use to cheat through mail-in voting, even that prospect is slimming by the day.

26 events in almost 6 months.

Obama himself barely gets people turning put for him now, too. If I had to guess it's because despite being the loudest about covid fearmongering, progressive millennials don't actually give a shit and will gladly ignore or barely pay attention to at best, restrictions when it comes to things they actually care about like peacefully rioting over dumb shit. They're just incredibly apathetic towards Biden at best. So you're left with seasick normies who might vote for Biden because they just want the constant chaos around Trump to stop and #BlueNoMatterWho libboomers. The former aren't particularly enthusiastic about him either and the latter actually are deathly afraid of covid.

unfortunately the smear campaigns do work against Trump and nobody part of the far left and even those whom speak against the far left

I already mailed my vote for Trump, (didnt vote Trump in 2016), I know a few family members voting Trump but I know more family members voting Biden, didnt vote in previous elections.
And I know a person who is doing mail in voting for like 3 people who don't vote and placing a vote for Biden. The left have to cheat to win

Unfortunately I think Biden will win, it might be close but Biden will be president.
But hopefully I'm wrong

Biden hasn't been selling back to normal for months. He's the doom and gloom guy, with the 'dark winter' coming. I refuse to believe people will vote for the guy who is on record as wanting to shut down the country completely for three months and get rid of oil.

I hope you're right. I really hope that President Trump wins a second term. The thought of Creepy Uncle Joe getting in office, then likely stepping down so Kamala can "have her turn" scares the shit out of me.
