This sounds suspiciously like a way to just issue more tickets overall. Can’t let people off with a warning if they aren’t getting pulled over. 🤔

Even though black leftists are quite small relative to the black community they rarely address the cultural issues that you just mentioned. TheBlackInternationalist did an interesting video on the first world Lumpen thinking that they could have revolutionary potential to be foot soldiers. Someone in the comment section rightfully said it was a gang member that ratted out one of the black panthers. Those cultural issues they are downplaying will bite them in the ass just like it does with any other high profile black person who gets murdered by their own. They don't understand how sociopathic and undisciplined some of those people are. I understand wanting to liberate your people, but you can't expect they are gonna embrace socialism with open arms cause most of them have the capitalist mindset of wanting to gain quick wealth. I always recommend the Ealing comedies at times like this. Kind Hearts and Coronets and Passport to Pimlico are two of my personal favourites. Some of them can feel a bit staid and slow, but they build to a satisfying end. I also like to tack School for Scoundrels on there, because Ian Carmichael opposite Terry-Thomas is just wonderful, even if it's not the best of films.

This is the kind of shit I've been trying to warn my more lefty-minded acquaintances about for a long time. Identifying them is easy. 300-350 pounds, unkempt beard, smells like BO and failure, armed with Kel-Tecs, Hi-Points, and poorly-made homemade explosives. Going to result in more people getting tickets not less and as a bonus it now means joyriding will likely increase since those doing so are less likely to get pulled over for other minor violations and whoever they stole the car from will be the one to get the ticket.

Wonder if there'll be lawsuit potential in that. If someone gets a ticket after their car is stolen they could argue were it not for that bill the police would have pulled the driver over and potentially identified it as stolen.

The first order impact (and low IQ motivation) is the disproportionate number of black tickets due to stupid stuff like not taking care of your car or bothering to keep a license/registration/insurance valid, and completely ignoring the basic rules of the road.

The second order impact (and possibly more sinister motivation) is the more severe crimes that routine traffic stops catch, solve, and prevent. Not dramatic serial killer stuff, but heavy dealers of hard narcotics, felony warrants, etc, because the type of people who live such criminal lifestyles don't bother with the smaller stuff.

Running plates and checking for warrants on busted taillight stops probably ends up with far more arrests of serial abusers, rapists, robbers, and other serious criminals than task forces kicking doors in.

Eh? It's just a teenager posing like a dumbass. I flipped off a lot of cameras when I was younger. I don't see any irresponsibly-held guns or drugged-out prostitutes or anything particularly incriminating about these photos.

Nah, that's the sort of thing dumbass kids do in an attempt to look edgy. It's possible it's drug money or whatever, but I've also definitely seen plenty of retarded and entirely harmless suburban kids flash money in pictures like that. It's the easiest way to look more badass than you are on a Facebook profile because you can literally just withdraw bills from a bank account and then put them right back in.

Dude could totally be a career criminal, but these pictures are not damning evidence of it.

Tickets for shit like tail lights are just "fix it" tickets anyway and 9 times out of 10 they'll dismiss them if you prove you got it fixed.

But the easiest way to not get pulled over is to not break the law and do a bare minimum of maintaining your vehicle. Fuckin' Jiffy Lube will check your lights whenever you get a $20 oil change. It's not that hard.
