We can all wish this is the map but it’s gonna be a close one. But goddamn I can feel a Trump win. Especially with the repost of his supporters driving their cars around Biden’s bus while he camping just shows how excited they are to vote for orange man. God I can’t wait to see the tears and blood that will be flowing when it’s announced he won.

The other day heard there was a Trump rally in Monterey, CA and a Trump caravan out of Monterey going north on Highway 1, the main freeway into/out of town. Incredible - Monterey is a very, very "blue" area.

Added: A satirical article re "celebrity endorsements". 😆

Man, I'm in somewhere in my 30s and I couldn't do what he does 🤣 I'm just wondering if quality over quantity would be better.

Maybe it's the setting, he seems to do his best with huge crowds around him. This seems a smaller event.

Can't expect every rally to be top notch, yesterday in Florida was amazing.
He's also doing 10 rallies (5 tomorrow and 5 Monday). Every bit of energy counts.

I also voted early for Drumpf. My mother was hitting me with some voter suppression given that it was my first time, and I was hesitating in my civic duty toVote Blue No Matter Who. Still got one in for Don's popular vote and the one congressman running, as well as the SCOTUS here.

Looks like he's doing a big crowd rally next in Reading. RSBN has the split screen up now.

The last phase of early in-person voting in my county started today. The last couple of elections I could walk a couple of blocks away from my house and vote but there's a few less polling places open this year, in practice though it just meant I had to go a mile down the road. I was expecting more people to be there but there wasn't even a line, I saw others come and go but was pretty much the only voter there while I was voting and was in and out in a few minutes. Cast my ballot for Orange Man 2020, my only regret was that I didn't do it in 2016 too. I feel like I legitimately wasted my vote on Gary Johnson, and not even in the usual 'you can only vote for one of the two main parties' sense, I had much more in common policy-wise with Trump and only went 3rd Party because I fell for the Orange Man stupid and mean rhetoric and wasn't paying attention to what a joke the Libertarian Party was becoming.

Last weekend I saw for myself a massive Trump caravan passing through the East Bay on the 680. CA and the blue population centers will never flip red in our lifetimes but it was a pretty wild sight.

It's about keeping up with the Joneses. People want to be better than the others around them.

Imagine if someone offered you a salary of 50,000 in a neighborhood earning 30,000 average.

Then imagine if someone offered you 100,000 salary in a neighborhood earning, say, 150,000 average.

Many people would take the first option, because it lets them lord over their neighbors.

Facebook amplifies this problem a hundredfold than in the past.
I'm gonna have to disagree with this because it's ignoring cost of living differences. If you live in an area where the average income is 150k, things like rent, fuel, and commodities are gonna be more expensive. It's not simply "lording it over your neighbors", it's about the real costs of living which vary wildly across the US. Shit I make almost double what the avg family does in my region but if I took my wage and dropped it into California, or even increased it 50% and dropped me in California, I'd barely be scraping by.

Polk County is updating again, and dems now have a <95k advantage in Florida. There will likely be no more new mail-ins since all ballots must be in by 7pm Tuesday.

I've already voted last week, but I just drove by my early voting polling place and the Democrats have a GODDAMN SIGN SPINNER.
Because what better way to attract voters than having some poor slob spinning a sign that says "Vote Democrat"?
:story:
He wasn't dressed as the Statue of Liberty, was he?

It doesn't matter how ridiculous they act. Left wingers want Trump out so bad that they will still vote for Biden after all his screwups just to keep Orange Man out.

I want to be optimistic but a nagging voice in the back of my head keeps saying this might be a result of Trump's 'vote early and in person' slogan. Correct me if I'm wrong, but we have no idea of the degree to which IPEV is eating into the red wave we're hoping to see on the 3rd.

Also, any updates on 'blue' Texas?

Dems' usual tactics, like Souls to the Polls and campus advertising won't be effective because they won't be there in person due to fear of the virus. Also, they've been putting all of their eggs in the mail-in basket, and it hasn't materialized. There's also the fact that democrats are worried.

No one trust anything the polls say until a winner is decided. Both parties will say their guy is winning and we already know that polls mean nothing after 2016.
I certainly don't trust polls. The only metrics we have right now are primaries and party registrations of those who've already voted.

I keep telling people on both sides that whatever it may be this race can go either way.

Lots of bad blood and animosity between the two canditates.

I will be voting on Tuesday. My favored third party candidate didn't bother to try to be a write-in in my state, so Orange Man it is. I will also be voting straight Republican for all other offices. This will also be my first time voting for a major party for president. I hope Trump wins.

Trump seems to be a bit low energy at his rally today. Maybe he's doing too much. Or does he need to be a bit more careful with his voice? Actually surprises me he hasn't lost his voice yet with so much speaking. Or maybe he got some bad news or something. He seems off his game.

The man's cruising for a burnout. I hope he can keep it up through the weekend. To be fair, since his strategy seems to be based around driving turnout with rallies, he did save the huge sprint for when it should be maximally effective.

After Tuesday, he needs a steak, a blowjob, and 12 hour's sleep. He'll have earned it.

Polls open at 7 in my state on Tuesday, I'll be there at 530. Expecting long ass lines. Republican GOTV has been excellent here, my door knocked on 3 times last week. No Democrat ground game anywhere in sight. Trump winning the yard sign poll handily. All my Trumptard friends have been posting like the mad autists they are on FB, my Ridin with Biden friend dopes on FB have been much more quiet than usual. It feels like all the momentum is with Trump here, nothin but SAD LOW ENERGY on the other side. This is one of those increasingly conservative PA places that used to be overwhelmingly Democrat until Reagan and even a decade ago was still a fairly competitive county for Democrats.
