So thats why I haven't seen any barbarians nor Natives in media lately. Barbarians are fucking cool and anyone who says otherwise will get their asses kicked. 'Barbarian' and 'savage' are also cool words-even if barbarians never called themselves that, the word used to be an insult with the Greek/Romans(?) calling them that because they couldn't understand the outsiders' language, it was all "Bar bar bar bar" to them. The barbarians proceeded to kick their asses anyway. To be called a barbarian nowadays either mean you're an outsider to people (rarely used) or you're fucking STRONG (common usage), though it can be used in both terms
If someone said 'berserker' was something akin to a slur, I will fucking blow a gasket because how is a barbarian wearing a bear pelt not cool to them. Bear pelts to intimidate your opponent and show your trophies not allowed

Ya that looks NOTHING like Yamcha. That's my major issue with this "___tober" thing. People are taking already established cartoon/anime characters and "headcanonning" characters to be transgender and POc. My god I'm so sick of these artists just not making their own character. The only reason they do this is just for "woke" points. And have mercy on your soul if you call them out on their bullshit.

This art style is obviously fugly, and I’ve seen her shit shared around before, usually the pieces with motivational quotes that sound generic and innocent enough to not be obviously misandrist. Like that first one, if you ignore the fact that it looks like a gremlin, could be fine, until you notice the book that says “feminism” on the cover and suddenly it’s like a disclaimer at the bottom saying “but only if you agree with my views, otherwise you can get fucked”

In theory any sort of race bend art can be okay. Take away the trans thing and their caption and I thought they just drew Yamcha with a tan. It’s popular to do that with him in fanart. Briefly glancing through their profile of course they have pronouns, someone else drew their icon, etc.

Nativember is a thing, and it looks like it's starting to gain traction. Apparently it's also not JUST for Native Americans. So, by this logic, someone could post a native Scottish, Swedish, or Irish person. But I feel like doing that would result in a shitstorm.

When people were criticizing the shitty character thatonenegraux wrote and drew (Anuki or something, she's not in the pictures you sent), she started playing the victim on twitter and using color coded emojis to let people know that "I might hurt myself uwuwu call an ambulance".
LMAO I didn't even pay attention to that. Was it too much effort to look for a book on feminism with ideas you agree with and write its title, rather than just write "feminism" on the cover? Wait, of course it's a lot of effort, it would require reading and thinking about the ideals you claim to defend for clout points.
She might as well have drawn a book titled "Stop Racism" or "Fatphobia bad" or whatever.
