Ty Beard's math was correct. What happened was that, soon after he did that math, the Associated Press changed how many votes were uncounted in Georgia.
When Ty did that math, only 1% or so were left uncounted in Georgia.
Soon after he did his math, the AP changed it so that 15% of votes were now left uncounted in Georgia, without changing each candidate's vote totals.

The law is, IIRC, as long as a mail-in ballot is postmarked by Nov. 3rd, it must be counted. After that, then no, they're discarded.
(ANd you can't tell me if it looks like Trump is losing, he'll start demanding that they keep counting. C'mon)

Let me explain how paperless DREs work. You press a button and you trust a program to count it for you, and the central tabulator to not fuck with it. That's it, no evidence if they do. No protection for your vote. 0, nada. Hackers hold competitions to see how fast they can hack ES&S scanners and DREs and it takes them approximately 1-5 minutes. And it'd take a a trusted election official 1 second in their official capacity.
So 1 DRE tabulator can trash millions of votes and there would be no evidence. The fact that paper is found in the trash makes mail-in voting less susceptible to manipulation than DREs.
As far as scanners or DREs with a paper trail, the recounting laws are so weak that one could get away with massively changing the vote as only a small % of the paper ballots would ever need to be hand counted, and would only be triggered in very small result margins that a manipulator would avoid.
There's been a lot of documented evidence of eletronic vote tampering, which is why every actual democratic country hand counts their ballots. Trump once said he wanted hand counted, ballots, that was great! But the thing is Republicans never spearhead that effort locally, only Dems do.
