Is there anything that can be done about it?
The only thing I can see is via the SCOTUS, to discard ballots received after Election Day, or to get a recount if it gets close (possibly catching fake ballots in the process?).
As for now I honestly think the GOP needs to send in people and lawyers to standby and monitor the situation.

I'm accepting the possibility of blatant fraud by the blue team followed by them getting dragged into court so fast it'll make their head spin, with it going to the USSC where they'll probably get it right. But that doesn't matter, since blue team knew they were gonna lose, and just wanted to sow some doubt in the election.
More likely though, IMO, is at least one place running out of fraudulent ballots and giving up, declaring Trump the winner and giving him 270.
so what happens when voters desperate enough to vote trump see any hope they had being crushed by an openly rigged system? they should know the illusion of hope is the greatest enslaver of men and swinging your dick around so flagrantly just breeds tons of people with nothing to lose

SCOTUS would have to declare an enormous number of ballots as illegitimate to the tune of tens of thousands for Wisconsin to be called for Trump now. Even if they do (and they should, to say that these margins are anomalous is a gross understatement), do we think the DNC or the dem voter base is going to accept such a ruling? With Barrett on the court? This absolute clusterfuck is the entirely predictable outcome of the Democratic party's four-year crusade to delegitimize every aspect of the 2016 election. The end result has basically been to eradicate all trust in any nominally bipartisan institution and usher in the law of the jungle. Looking at what has happened in other countries with similar cultural schisms, we're sitting on a powder keg here.

Right now on Talk Radio in the UK Ian Collins is saying he doesn't understand what Trump was saying when he said that 'he doesn't want votes added to the list at 4am' and doesn't see why he wants to take it to court.
The media is going to gaslight the shit out of people and say that that awkward facts like the above are a conspiracy theory and the process is working just fine. Even though stopping the count in the middle of an election and then suddenly resuming it to get votes 82:18 for the Democrats to take their walking corpse of a candidate over the line is never going to be accepted by most of the country as legitimate.
My personal nightmare scenario is that China makes move on Taiwan while the US is preoccupied with the election and by the time it is resolved there's nothing that can be done about it.

Pretty much the same way it happened here. Our first female PM was deputy PM and challenged the party leader (here you vote for the party and the leader becomes PM) for his position and won in an in party vote. She won the following election but on a technicality. Stunning. Brave.
