If the legitimate ballots can be immediately identified and the excess ones or ones counted past the legal cut-off date are rejected by the Supreme Court--which they will be because it's not Constitutional--then you can see where we're going to be heading.

All of the midnight dumps that lean 100% Biden don't mean anything. We're past the cut-off date and any ballots produced that are counterfeits won't hold up under scrutiny. I think I found it. The National Conference of State Legislature lists all of the paper trail requirements in each state. Michigan requires a uniform optical scan system for their ballots and has been in place since 2003.

What is a uniform optical scan system? According to the U.S. Election Assistance Commission it is:

System by which votes are recorded by means of marks made in voting response fields designated on one or both faces of a ballot card or series of cards. An optical scan system reads and tabulates ballots, usually paper ballots, by scanning the ballot and interpreting the contents. Also known as Marksense.

It's an electronic scanner, that's how they could be detecting the ballots.

That's better than the current generation. I have a teenage sibling (zoomer), favourite question to ask is "which countries fought on what side in WWII". Okay, that wasn't as clear as I thought it was. I'm saying that foreign governments and internal citizens who attempt to manufacture fraudulent ballots don't have the proper knowledge and especially not the technology to create the markers that identify legitimate, paper ballots. You'd need to be able to produce radioactive markers and that's not the kind of technology that's sitting in the average person's home. The DHS finds them because they're marked in a way that lets them immediately identify them from a distance them no matter where they're keeping them, the same way that the DHS can use drones to instantly discover radioactive material being smuggled in containers.
