I'm rating you optimistic because we don't know shit what's going to happen but if they call Arizona and Nevada for Biden after these recounts and it's tossed out of the courts, it is over and Biden is your next president.

The problem I have here personally is how can they be incompetent at getting results. Like if Biden was announced as the clear winner on election night, I would have been fine with that since the people made their choice and they think Orange Man is bad which is fine since it's their voice, but this stuff is way too sketchy and unless something major happens it is clear Biden will be the next president.
Pretty sure that everyone giving me rainbows don't know my personal stake in the election. I went into election night expecting a result consistent with the polls. I'm not hoping for a Trump win - I was expecting a Biden win.

Since I don't really care who wins, I'm pretty confident in being able to look at this objectively:

Biden needs 2/5 states in play and Trump has leads in 4 of them. Biden needs to flip at least one but obviously isn't capable of flipping states without massive injections of fraudulent ballots (based on what I saw election night). Trump supporters noticed what's going on and have gathered outside every suspicious ballot counting station. This means no more midnight deliveries. Biden either needs to overcome this naturally (unlikely) or he needs to get the protesters away from his polling stations (also unlikely).

Even after Biden overcomes this hurdle, Trump has active recount lawsuits in basically all swing states. All are extremely suspicious. All extremely close. I'm pretty sure Trump only needs to win one or two lawsuits, get recounts where the obviously fraudulent ballots are rejected and those states flip. Biden needs to win everything to hold on to his extremely thin lead.

I currently favor Trump winning. I need to stop underestimating him.

Is John James suing for transparency? Maybe a black man fighting for fair voting will make someone take note of the fraud.
I really hope this is the point where they fucked up and are now getting senate campaigns on the lawsuit fun.
i hope so as well, if the senate is at risk of being lost (GA), this has to push the GOP into action.

It no longer becomes about Trump anymore if Mitch is going to be powerless.

I was expecting that, but right now the weirdest fucking thing is that it’s so quiet right now.

You would expect the gloating to be off the charts, but even Biden supporters are hesitant. I’d like to believe it’s because people can’t ignore that there’s fuckery afoot.
I think they're scared they can't win. I currently favor Trump and I'm an idiot who believed the polls going into election night.

Also, the longer they wait and the longer they're silent, the more confident I am in my assessment.

That actually does make sense the way you put it. But how do you know Trump will win ANY of the lawsuits? It seems to me a lot of the judiciary in most of these swing states are filled with liberal judges.

Fox is absolutely malicious in calling Arizona and refusing to uncall it.
Especially since only about 1/3 of the vote was actually counted at that point. Also, the sudden Biden lead was suspicious too. Biden barely campaigned in AZ. Biden actually winning AZ once all the actual votes are counted is a pipe dream. Also, AZ is completely justified for having an armed protest over this.

If they find a bunch of corruption, would SCOTUS demand a new election in those states, tho'?
I don't see why not. The precedent has been set in the NC race listed above so just follow the precedent. I fact that's more reasonable then my original position of tossing votes out. The only difference should be votes can only be cast in person and there will be poll watchers along with people watching the vote counters to make sure this level of fraud doesn't happen this time.

You know what really weirds me out? Trump has massive rallies and protests everywhere protesting the alleged fraud but Biden has no supporters out anywhere. Where are all these millions of people that came out to vote for Biden at 3am?

Not even a dozen of these people can be bothered to come out?

I'm in Madison Wisconsin for fucks sake and I see Trump supporters not Bidens. If they don't exist here they don't exist anywhere.

Exactly. If Trump only wins one or two, he wins the election. Biden's lead, even if he wins, would be THAT slim.

How did they think they could get away with it? Maybe they thought the American public thinks like in twitter where everyone treats Harry Potter like it's a history book.

"I know we broke several Hogwarts laws but it was necessary to defeat Voldemort!"

"Bravo! 100 extra points for being stunning and brave!"
The simpler reason, while they claim to be the 'modern' party, they somehow lag behind Republicans in understanding the internet age.

They thought everyone would be glued to their TVs, getting only the results from the pre-approved media. They did not expect, in any way., people to be hoovering up the raw data.

Did anyone post this? I may have missed it going through highlights. Office of the Inspector General contacted Project Veritas about their Michigan whistleblower.
That whistleblower needs a fucking parade.

People kept saying 1984, but I guess they were relying on Brave New World, blast people with a bunch of garbage so that they don't pay attention to the Important things.

I went to bed around the time the news came out that Arizona might be flipping again and expected to wake up to results in AZ similar to Michigan and Wisconsin. I feel like if it was really that easy to just get away with it they'd have called Arizona and Nevada and flipped PA already. Something's up.

Since those were allegedly mail-in votes they won't come out for Biden because they're too busy being super safe and responsible about COVID, duh

I can answer this for him, if the lawsuits fail at the state level, they go up to the district courts(I think?) and then to the Supreme Court, IIRC. I and @BULLY HUNTER_77 both think that, at some point up the legal chain, that the bullshit the Dems are trying to pull will be stopped.
