One of his main faults is he doesn't strategize for this kind of stuff ahead of time. He was trying to win through turnout beating the margin of fraud, and he underestimated the fraud.

I have no doubt Trump will go down fighting. I have serious doubts he knows how to fight this stuff. He's a genius at media manipulation and marketing, not navigating state level election laws and rooting out corruption. The people around him are good at what they do, including law generally, but I'm not seeing the immediate demands for ballot invalidation that a hardcore fighter should have filed by now.

Mark my words and screenshot this: the minute the counting is "over", those suspicious ballots will disappear into incinerators and will never be seen again.

The election officials will shrug and say "oh no, with all these millions of pieces of paper, a few went missing! It happens, it's a clerical error, no biggie". When Giuliani's gang finally gets around to dramatically announcing a lawsuit to throw some out, when the re-counters and inspectors finally get access to the stash, all that will be left are some legit ballots for them to scan and grumble over. You'll get half a dozen election officials slapped on the wrist for "irregularities", and the DNC will reimburse them the $2000 fine via cash in a brown paper bag.

The ballots that are currently running up the reported numbers will never see the light of day after Saturday of this week. Their totals will never be removed unless you find a court ballsy enough to actually invalidate the election itself.

I hope Trump proves me wrong, but he should be doing some democracy-threatening shit that makes his own side nervous by now. He's still playing nice. I don't just want a fighter, I want one who goes for the kill.
What I think he's doing is building a case by saying these counties aren't letting me see how they are tallying up the vote totals. It would be dumb to go straight in and ask for all the invalid ones to be invalidated right off the bat since that would make you seem like a sore loser and they still wouldn't do it. By doing this, he's pointing out that there is some level of fraud going on and they aren't complicit in letting him checking a supposedly valid vote tally, which not only is suspicious, but good circumstantialevidence for a legal case centered on fraud.

Yeah, that's nice, but if those back-dated votes were already mixed in with the main count, they can't be traced back to be invalidated.

This whole fight against fraud is happening two weeks too late. It needed to happen like that PA SCOTUS case, where they ordered suspicious ballots to be segregated out so they can consider the issues later and remedy it. Republicans should have got court rulings in place ahead of time in every swing state saying late or day-of ballots would be segregated out for inspection. Before election day I said the postmark stamps needed to be seized at close of business 11/3 and swapped out for visibly different stamps; this is why.

Winning a court case saying "they shouldn't have done that" doesn't matter if you can't fix the thing that was done.
Funny, I seem to remember @It's HK-47 saying that there are ways the DHS has to tell where ballots are, and which ballots are valid. Ways that involve the detection of very distinct chemicals in ballot markers.

I don't think they can just generate those chemicals for "back-dated votes", which means that such votes will very likely get thrown out as fraudulent. Not to mention, in the worst case, there are always recounts.

Basically Alex Jones was right when he said 1776 will commence again.
For everyone giving me rainbows need to understand that 77% of the population is expecting violence after this election, regardless of who wins. Militias are arming up and training right now. Antifa/BLM haven't even waited until the results are in to start. This deserves the horrifying sticker, not rainbows like talking about the very real possibility of massive amounts of violence is a hope and a prayer.

I just want to play vidya, watch anime, and eat my fast food in peace. I don't want to be dragged into a fucking war. (you have my personal permission to give this post a trashcan since I'm a FUCKING ANIME AVATAR WEEB)

Backdated votes would use valid ballots, they just would lie about when they were received. I'm not seeing why markers help here.

You know I've been thinking about this for a while, I've been feeling kind of down mostly disheartened that stuff like this is happening and questioning why people would do this, just to own someone. And after really thinking about this and talking to some Conservatives (older btw) even though they're disappointed at how things are coming along, they still have that glimmer of hope and optimism that things will work out however they will, in other words, whatever happens happens. I really admire that and it's sort of bringing me out of a slump I've been feeling these past couple days. Because hell, even if we lose, we sure didnt lose without a fight.
I sometimes reflect on how our Founding Fathers felt when going up against the biggest nation on the planet back then. I dunno, maybe this is the American spirit, the determination and will to face adversity in spite of everything. I'm sure they were just as nervous and anxious that they would lose BIG time, but that didn't stop them from at least trying.
Once again Alex Jones was right

The actual grunt work needs to be done by Republican legislatures in the disputed states and armies of lawyers. All Trump needs to do is not concede and keep claiming electoral fraud in press conferences and on Twitter, until Twitter bans him for being delusional, undermining faith in the glorious socialist system, and falsely claiming RBMK reactors explode.

It's not like US parties are short of state-level elected officials and lawyers. They've got lawyers like a dog has fleas.

Nope. The MSM will cover everything as a "conspiracy theory" and TDS sufferers have already convinced themselves that cheating is okay if it results in Orange Hilter out of their lives.
That’s not going to happen. Even if Trump does lose, I still see him holding rallies and possibly gearing up other people to take his place in the next election. Trump will forever be a thorn in Biden’s side. His supporters aren’t going anywhere either, if anything, they might just be more vocal and scare the crap out of the DNC.

How the hell could these people possibly have found no evidence for fraud before all the supposed votes were even counted...?

Same way they found nothing suspicious in Montenegro!

Also while I'm at it, I'm starting to think the corner moon was really prophetic. More concretely this time:

I feel violated 2.jpg

It knew. It was warning us. I made a shitty 2a meme when I should've known, that's not what it wanted to tell us. We should've never doubted the wise moon in the corner.

Assuming Strumpf pulls through how fucking bad is social media, particularly Twitter going to get assfucked by antitrust suits?
Should have been assfucked two years ago; Probably too late now that the fix is in.

Most pathetic part is if Trump did act faster he probably would have just nuked section 230 and only strengthened them right before the election.

He needs to be saying "every ballot still on those tables needs to be preserved for later challenge", and "every mail-in ballot brought in after 8:00 Election Day needs to be segregated and preserved for later challenge". That lets the count continue while preserving the ability for later remedy.

It's not enough to say "they won't let us see the ballots", there have already been three days of counting. Where do you think the fraudulent 4:00 AM Wednesday morning ballots are right now?

If the GOP was let in to the office this second, they wouldn't find them; those ballots have already been moved out so more counting can happen. Where are they? How can you tell which ones they are? And once the counting is over and all the ballots are moved into some sort of storage, how will you re-segregate them?

The answer to those questions is different by state, by county, and sometimes by precinct. A crack legal team would know the answers to all that ahead of time lay the groundwork for preservation starting in October. A good legal team would have done it on election night. Any caliber of legal team brought on 24 hours after internet autists found a problem have a job that might be physically impossible to accomplish.

As an AZ Kiwi, it infuriates me to have to question if my vote was actually counted or not. Even if I did follow all the rules, it could have ended up getting tossed for not being the right kind of ballot.
Ditto that, and it's even better that we're women. AZ was going on about celebrating 100 years of women's suffrage, and yet they're doubling down on oppressing the women's vote because they voted for the wrong candidate. Fucking kek.
