Democrats control the legislative and executive branches (even if Republicans win both outstanding Senate seats, people like Romney, Collins, Murkowski, etc. are still there,) and will likely stack the judicial.

With Mitch still in charge of the Senate they won’t be able to stack anything. Biden will also have to get his cabinet confirmations past Mitch. The biggest mistake the Democrats ever made was leaving so many vacancies open under Obama and not force RBG out. That blunder will haunt them for decades.

That's a complete strawman statement from "SCOTUSblog" whoever runs that.
Nobody expects them to "overturn the results of the election" but if evidence is presented that there was fraud and/or unconstitutional provisions related to the ballots (such as PA's where it does not have to be postmarked and an unverified signature is just fine) then they would be expected to rule on that.
And with ACB now having hopefully reviewed the material, it would be at least presumptive that the SC would find in favor of the President's arguments.

If I'm not mistaken wasn't the DNC's legal argument in 2016 after wikileaks proved they were rigging the primary against Bernie Sanders that they were allowed to rig their own primaries because they are a private organization?
That is the DNC admitting to fraud once already, just in a different type of National election
