Resetera is far-left and if one faction lost this election big time, it's the far-left. This election's results prove many things that kind of break the narrative Resetera went with for 4 years.
- Yes, Resetera is a huge echo-chamber. They thought it would be a landslide win for Biden and it was as close as it could be. The results of years of banning dissenting voices to please your favorite members that everyone hate.
- No, Trump becoming president wasn't an accident or a trick.
- Yes, minorities are far more diverse than you thought in their ideology (latino, black and women voted for Trump).
- Yes Biden was the best choice to crush Trump's chances.
They can be happy that Trump is gone, I am too. But outside of that, the unhinged-left is pretty much fucked in the US for a very long time.
Calling out conservatives when they're as strong as ever because moderate/center-rightish Biden won is way off the mark. Republican and conservatives barely lost DESPITE Trump antics and that's the lesson they should learn here and self-reflect on for a very long time. Biden and Kamala are moderate-establishment as fuck and they'll have to deal with a huge republican base, which means throwing the far-left out of the window, just like Obama suggested last year.
I'm still glad to see some have common sense still on this board, like we saw earlier with the Red Mercury ass-slap.
