The MSM has completely taken the "plea bargain" choice away from Trump. It's not like if Trump concedes that they will leave him alone. Hell, they have outright stated that once they win they are coming for anyone that ever supported him.

The big wild card is ACB. If she recuses, it all falls to Roberts and Fuck. That. If she doesn't recuse, her judicial history and the fact they dragged her kids through the mud makes her 60/40 likely to side with Trump. Better odds if he can make an airtight case.
