The Mista drawing is bad, just has the wrong skin tone and Jew nose but Narancia?! WTF?! He looks like a goblin stuck halfway transforming into a human!! How hard is it to draw him?!
And they forgot his bandana so his colour scheme is really off thanks to the incorrect skin tone.

That is Yowai Totoko and Hashimoto Nyaa from Osomatsu-san, to be more precise the designs they have in the newest opening that has come out.

The reason Choromatsu appears as censored in the first image is because the western fanbase of Osomatsu-san hates him so much they take the time to "erase" him from any image featuring the sextuplets. There are several folk on Tumblr that do this and all of them are pretty psychotic, so the reason as to why they do it is pretty stupid: he is an idolfag in the show, and people associate that with sexual predators????
