Reddit got so close to flipping out when they heard blacks and hispanics voted for Trump. They were saying stuff like "They're just as uneducated as any backwood hick".

Democrats usually reveal their racist roots if the negro rebel, like biden's " you ain't black" comments.

I do like biden's call of unity if it wasn't such bullshit, the "squad" is out here trying to gather people's dox and big tech will most definitely silence republican/antisjw media once he's elected. Honestly im surprised Nancy or the other Democrats told her to shut the fuck up if biden's "message" is "unity" between the two parties.

I swear to God the one phrase from this election that will give me PTSD, especially among the reaction to the minority vote, is "should have known better."

Not "why did this happen?". That would maybe cause self-reflection. Can't have that.
It's just like some leftist loon saying that I "hate poor people" because I don't like Bernie Sanders or leftism/socialism/communism/Marxism. They have a knack for melodrama and use appeals to emotion and name-calling as a way to browbeat and shame people into thinking the way they want them too. It works on vulnerable people who desperately crave social connection, unfortunately.

Speaking of which, I actually never heard any peep from Sotomayor, Kagan or Breyer. Will they really look at this in a partisan way?
Yes. Despite what anyone says or believes, the SC has always been political. It’s probably the worst branch of government - just legal “experts” social engineering via case law and precedent.

But the real problem is the Dem judges will ask shit like “If mail in ballots were legally distributed by the state government, is there any reason they shouldn’t be counted?” Uhhh, fraud dumbass. And then they’ll write in their dissent “There is no reason all ballots should not be counted, because there is no election fraud in the United States :^)”

I decided to check Donald Trump's Instagram to relive the rallies and stuff. Apparently almost every goddamn post, even the ones posted before the election show a disclaimer that Biden is the new president elect. Zuckerberg really wants to stick it to Trump like Jack. Some should archive his YouTube channel and Instagram before they all get banned. I have a feeling they will do that as they don't care.

Everything else does feel like shit though in terms of line for example, I don't feel like watching the NFL or NBA anymore or late night shows or any new television shows. It's like everyone in the corporate and media industry got super butthurt by a 1980s shit talking democrats basically. I don't even want to watch any Hollywood shit after 2020 as almost every actor is fine with supporting someone who will have Dick Cheney around them.

Biden will be boring for a lot of reasons and I doubt they will bring him for late night interviews. Did anyone notice that before the Covid shit, Biden never went on late night tv whereas Bernie did it a couple of times.

He had no television exposure on top of shitty rallies and a completely shitty Democrat National Convention. To follow up to a post made earlier by another farmer, you want me to believe this fuck is America's numba, one candidate of all time that all future politicians should read about.
I have Trump's Youtube channel downloaded already, but it'll be awhile before I could get it uploaded anywhere. I assume they'll try to erase his presence from every major platform as soon as he's no longer officially president.

If anyone has any other channels that may be caught in this potential wave, let me know.

Roberts and Gorsch are the cucks. Roberts more than Gorsch.

Alito is going to be hopping mad because PA poll workers are ignoring the Court’s ruling to set mail in ballots aside - which was a generous compromise.

Thomas and Kavanaugh will be in revenge is best served cold mode.

Amy Barrett will likely be a bit inexperienced and take Alito’s lead.

Sotomayor and Kagan will ask stupid questions.

Breyer will be seated next to the restroom and have to get up if anyone needs to use it. I don’t think anyone remembers he exists, and wouldn’t be surprised if Congress acts as if his seat was a vacancy that needs to be filled.

Ginsburg won’t ask any stupid questions cause she’s fucking dead.

Really it all comes down on Gorsch. He is the man who decides if Trump wins or loses any particular case.
Gorsuch won't stand for this. I take it you aren't terribly familiar with the individual judges legal philosphy, so let me fill you in on something you are missing for your analysis.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Natural_law He is practically the Patron Saint of Natural law.... and things like Electoral Fraud are -anathema- to the entire philosophy.

How many gigs is it assuming you downloaded the best quality?

Sotomayor and Kagan are Obama-era activist judges. They're put there to decide against anything to the right until they die. Simple as that, unfortunately.

Breyer being Clinton-era just makes me assume he'd have more honor and take the non-partisan route. But that would be a lower chance than Trump winning this thing perfectly. Still though, I assume there's a chance, but that would mean "In your face!" levels of evidence.

He’s still a weak link and has flipped before.

About that...

In 2010, Breyer published a second book, Making Our Democracy Work: A Judge's View.[40] There, Breyer argued that judges have six tools they can use to determine a legal provision's proper meaning: (1) its text; (2) its historical context; (3) precedent; (4) tradition; (5) its purpose; and (6) the consequences of potential interpretations.[41] Textualists, like Scalia, only feel comfortable using the first four of these tools; while pragmatists, like Breyer, believe that "purpose" and "consequences" are particularly important interpretative tools.[42]

Breyer cites several watershed moments in Supreme Court history to show why the consequences of a particular ruling should always be in a judge's mind. He notes that President Jackson ignored the Court's ruling in Worcester v. Georgia, which led to the Trail of Tears and severely weakened the Court's authority.[43] He also cites the Dred Scott decision, an important precursor to the American Civil War.[43] When the Court ignores the consequences of its decisions, Breyer argues, it can lead to devastating and destabilizing outcomes.[43]
Guess not, lol.

True, he has flipped. But never in a way that wasn't in line with his legal philosophy. For example, he breaks often with issues of social conservatism, opting for arguments which invoke and stress individual rights. This is well in line with the Renaissance thinking of Natural Law.

Roberts is a fucking tool, whose decisions are often in conflict with his alleged judicial philosophy. Gorsuch is a conservative justice, but who roots all his decisions IN his judicial philosophy.

Breyer is considered somewhat moderate in his judgements and arguments. Given the blatant attempt at fraud, he more than likely will go the side of Trump.

Polite disagree.
Many on the Left view Trump as the Hitler in the room. When you’re fighting Hitler, anything is justified so long as it stops when the Nazis are defeated. This applies to Roberts as well, and as a result this will be a 5-4 decision for or against Orange Hitler.

Quick question: what happens if the pollsters take the ballots, stack them in a pile and light them all on fire to destroy the paper trail?
If the SC cucks out, a slap on the wrist.
If the SC is fucking mad you disobeyed a judge’s order, you get your ass handed to you and the Judges grant the opposing side’s motion to do whatever.

I’m sure blacks and Hispanics were just delighted to hear that they are just pawns. Saying stuff like this only gets people to abandon whatever political side you’re on.

Irony is it might make a better Republican Party.

It's still way easier for the Republicans to make moderate compromises to appeal to black and various hispanic voting blocs and not patronise the shit out of them. It'd result in a more balanced party.
