Unless there's examples of absolutely massive fraud then the SCOTUS will side with Biden. The ramifications of overturning an election will be too much. Like @HTTP Error 404 said, this isn't a minor error that is ambiguous as to whether it was intentional or not like the 2000 election (although it probably was in hindsight). There's no way that this shit wouldn't go to court. The fact that they still want a concession imo is more likely than not proof that they want to set up the next narrative when Trump goes to court with this shit.
