I think they're trying to demoralize the Right into acceptance with the "Biden won, accept it" narrative, hoping it'll go away.

I hope their hubris does them in once again.
Sadly I don't think so.

I think they are setting up the narrative that if Trump wins through the courts that Trump stole the election.

Also, they have nothing to gain by acknowledging Trump, especially with the MSM doing it for them anyway. Biden and Kamala have "more important things to do."

Regarding the Politico article: Google removes it if you use the search term "antrim."

That is the name of a county in Michigan. But the article is about Georgia.
23,000 people over there are going to be confused when they search their own county.
Edit: me dumb, I thought they removed the whole search query with the word "antrim". But still, why censor the news article with a county name that has nothing to do with Georgia?

That’s PinkPanther, he lost a bet and has to troll as a Biden supporter for a month. Don’t take anything he says seriously.
That's why I can't stress enough that people leave my poor Pink Panther nigga alone. He don't mean no harm.

He is a victim of circumstance... That poor nigga @IFuckingLoveJoeBiden...
How about a monarchy/an empire so the people in charge are not easily corrupted or lunatics that try to replace the native populace?
Dude, how do you think America was born? Telling tax-happy monarchs to shove tea up their bums is our most sacred tradition and God-given right.

I think if they were supremely confident, they would be encouraging these lawsuits and claiming there's nothing to find, but I haven't seen much of that- more just pressuring Trump as much as they can to give up on his lawsuits and concede early, which comes across as desperate to me.
So, are they then secretly preparing their legal defense?

True. If you read any MSM outlet, any acknowledgment of what the Right is actually saying is met with "REEEEEEE BOTHSIDESISM CONSPEERACEE THEEEOREEES!"

Anything that challenges their Orange Man Bad and Fascist worldview mentally breaks them. You'd think they'd just looked Cthulhu in the face.

Everything we consider corrupt and insane was commonplace under monarchies. The only thing worse were oligarchies, kind of what we're turning into. Benevolent monarchs existed, but they often had terrible children. Just look at Marcus Aurelius and his shithead of a son who only got the Empire because his homie heir was killed by his own men when he marched to claim the throne.

Fucking hell, just look at every Roman emperor for an example as to why absolute power is a bad idea, even if it can be used for good.

A meritocratic representative democracy is the best system we have, whether you like it or not.
actually the best system we have is a caste system.
class mobility is a lie and has done more damage to civilization than almost anything else, regardless of how you feel about being able to move beyond your station or not.

The truly fascinating thing that's going on right now is that while we're all here arguing about whether the litigation will be successful or not, we really haven't heard a peep out of the Biden camp about these challenges, and they're generally acting like they're already planning their full transition down to a complete reupholstering. Do you think this is more that they're supremely confident that they've got this in the bag and don't even need to waste time to rebuff these litigation challenges, or are they maintaining this cloak of deception while they're secretly panicking/setting up their legal teams?

They're probably just leaving it to the people that selected him to slap down any talk of illegitimacy. I mean, why should the Biden camp be bothered by such pesky ideas such as accountability or verification?

That would be the rational thing to do, but rationality isn't what the Left is known for.
