I mentioned it many pages back but the electors are required by law to meet on December 14th to cast their votes for the Presidency, Bush v Gore was decided on December 12th.

The Florida electors were nominated by the Florida Legislature too, and the SCOTUS ruled that was OK because there was no time for the recounts required to guarantee a fair election.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bush_v._Gore#Remedy_2
The Court ruled 5–4 that no constitutionally valid recount could be completed by a December 12 "safe harbor" deadline. The Court asserted that "the Supreme Court of Florida has said that the legislature intended the State's electors to 'participat[e] fully in the federal electoral process,' as provided in 3 U.S.C. § 5." The Court therefore effectively ended the proposed recount, because "the Florida Legislature intended to obtain the safe-harbor benefits of 3 U.S.C. §5."

The reaction of the GOP to that prescription list and the giant systemic electoral fraud convinced me that it's time to get rid of pessimism. The GOP will do whatever it's necessary to win this battle. One way or another, Biden and Kamala will not set a foot into the White House.
Well @HumanHive shared news yesterday that some of the state legislatures are looking at direct election of electors to vote for Trump. And he is generally a realist.

One of my friend's husbands, who is an Iraq War Veteran with ongoing back pain, was kicked out of one of his gaming social circles because it got political one night and this chick literally lunged at him and choked him for voicing his opinion. This happened before Trump even ran for POTUS.

It's great how he was the one who got kicked out of that group ...

I met that crazy chick once at a party years and years ago. She was fat, single, in her late 30's, her voice was annoying, and she was doing tarot card readings for people. lol. The stereotype, man.
Nothing that crazy has ever happened to me but this is definitely one of the reasons why I normally don't talk politics around friends and family. One of my friends DM me a gif of Biden/Kamala 2020. Just politely told her I'm not interested in politics especially when I know she loves insulting Trump. My mom, dad, and non TDS best friend can talk about politics but thats it. It seems a majority of my family on both sides have huge TDS.

I really don't want to lose friends and family over fucking politics of all things.

Probably because politics has destroyed most social interactions, and as some members here can attest, having the wrong opinion can mean your family and friends abandon you.
Witch hunts are a social construct where a dominant culture uses any excuse to purge undesirable elements. Burning any person who so much as leers at children at the stake would lead to less overt exploitation and many who toe the line just to avoid being called a witch. Anything that goes against the culture in control can become witchcraft. While it can and does get used to get rid of people that would be universally hated, the nature of it and how it gets amplified can also lead it to be selective. Think of it as survival of the fittest with a social bent rather than biological. What matters to it is the number of people, their connections, and the ability to lead a mob of idiots around by the nose.

What I am trying to get at is that witch hunts were political in nature. Not only do they work to remove the enemies of the unwashed masses, it may also be our very democracy is modeled after it. Even if it is wrong it continues to remove anyone who cannot or refuses to go with the flow. And as the modern version of witchcraft called racism proves, grifting can be highly profitable. "Us vs them" is not an illusion, but an effective effort to ostracize those who do not play along while bolstering their own. They intend to increase their popular vote and get paid while doing it despite any personal losses of those involved.

Are you saying you think ACB will turn out to be another Sandra Day O'Connor? Because I don't think she will, given the autistic shitfit Dems pitched over her.
View attachment 1720427
I'll keep saying, it's all a matter of if they bought what Trump is selling. But, Kavanaugh and ACB were personally picked by Trump so...that has to mean something, right?
The machine is working double time. I mean, Biden has to have some knowledge and level of being an active player if he was willing to play along.
But what are they suing for? Lmao, who the fuck is advising these idiots? The proper move would be to contest Drumpf's injuctions/lawsuits in all six swing states.
To get Trump to stop what he's doing or to counter his lawsuits while they wait to run out the clock and cement Biden as POTUS.
Won't happen. Once he's out of the White House, they'll bury him in lawsuits and indictments, no matter how frivolous.

Even without that, by 2024 he'll be pushing 80.
Did you see the rate of rallies he did before election day? Age won't be a factor. But the Democrats won't stop until he's broke and in jail. And taxed up the ass.
A lot of the leftie reaction to all this shows how little the average person actually knows about the political processes that govern their country. The fuckin votes don't get cast until December, and the hand-off doesn't actually start until 2021. People are acting like because Biden 'won', Trump has to immediately leave the White House and abdicate his presidency. The way that Biden is chest pounding about how he's going to force Trump out is retarded.

Since the votes don't happen until December, why wouldn't you fight tooth and nail until then? You're not slowing up any of the processes, and if a race is this close you owe it to your voting base.

So in other words, November 23 is the deadline- if GA, PA, and MI certify their electors for Biden, there is no longer a path of victory for Trump. At least we don't have to wait for up to a month, and judging by Trump's "NEXT WEEK" tweet (I know, his tweets aren't exactly reliable, but not much else to go on), it'll be cutting it down to the wire. No matter what, Thanksgiving is going to be fun, I can tell.

Yeah if Trump is fucked over in all three states or doesn't at least get one of them, he is fucked. Especially if he is cucked out of Pennsylvania since if he just gets Michigan or Georgia, he needs to absolutely have Wisconsin which will lead to a 269-269 scenario if he gets Arizona, Wisconsin, and North Carolina.
The Democrats got Biden to 270 or at least always one state away from 270 and now they just have to wait for deadlines to pass and the bad guy wins. That or Trump has to lose in court once and the wins he needs is astronomical and he needs more luck than anyone could possibly have. I don't like Trump's odds.

The head Postman has come for the local USPS branches that backdated ballots.

Turns out screaming "He's ALT-RIIIGHT LIIIAAAAAAR" on Twitter does not, in fact, make Project Veritas videos magically go away.
Didn't Veritas say that he hasn't lost a single libel/defamation lawsuit? That being said, I think he's going to be one of the first ones to face trial and execution in the future Democrat utopia,

@HumanHive a fifth front.
If they miss the deadline, what's the Biden campaign gonna do, sue them? They can ask a judge for a write of mandamus, but would it be granted with pending litigation over that exact issue? "I know they're arguing this down the hall, but can you just give us an order that we win?"1
"All in favor of extending the deadline, say aye". That's all they need, the legislature has plenary power here, THEY set the deadline. The only deadline they 'have' to obey is when the electors place their vote. And even that they could, technically, refuse to send any and thus their electoral votes are voided. A candidate still needs 270 to win though.

Biden is beginning to get nervous. The Djinn is creeping out of the bottle.
He has literally no standing at all until the electors convene. It'd be thrown out, with prejudice. He has no standing, no damages have been done, and he can't even say there IS a delay to begin with.

Biden's lawsuit to force a transition makes no sense

He doesn't have to force anything

If the elections are certified with him as the winner, he will be inaugurated on January 20

It's a pathetic attempt to make Trump spend resources on distractions

Their entire strategy has been stupid. Wasted a week trying to bluff Trump and the country into accepting he won that's it

They could have mounted a full throated legal defense. Autistically screeching no evidence muh conspiracies hasnt got them anywhere. Now they're realizing ah shit we are gonna have to fight this for real in court and they've let the GOP steal a march on them there

If they would ditch you over politics, they probably werent worth having in your life.

Actually... the Biden camp CAN'T do a legal defense. None of the lawsuits are Trump v. Biden, they are Trump v. (State). He is not a party to anything~

Yes they can. 2000 wasn't initially Bush v. Gore, it was Gore v. Florida. Bush got involved legally real quick by arguing that allowing a recount under the fucked-up rules written by Gore lawyers would do harm to him. Biden can and will argue the same general thing, that what Trump wants would do harm to him.

The Democratic Party, in a last ditch effort to avoid prosecution, unleash their ultimate weapon on November 26th.

Are they the Postal Inspectors? If yes, then shit's going down cause those guys mean business.
Yes, yes they are.

Also, an addendum to the Biden Legal Front. He could, hypothetically, make himself a party by claiming that Trump was trying to unseat a legal win. Now, why hasn't he? Well... because it makes his camp open to Discovery.

I'll leave it to you to think of why Discovery is something they'd really want to avoid.

If one of the reasons why you don't want to speak up about politics is because of potential physical backlash from your friends ... Then they are not your friends.

Baris is raving like a maniac and his wife is laughing at the fucked-upness of it all

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TP-rlEGDQVE
I’m behind on the stream, but Baris dropped a couple juicy tidbits:

1) People have been asking why Robert Barnes went dark on twitter for almost 24 hours. Rich said he’s working on something.

2) Rich heavily hinted at the fact that he has people at his polling and data journalism operation working on combing through the dirty voter rolls and absentee vote return records and that they’re going to drop something big on the People’s Pundit site. He also suggested that whatever his results are, there’s a real chance that Twitter and YouTube might try to give him the axe for it.

This is like a feeler put out to test the reaction and also to sate rabid Bidentards . The use of "reportedly" indicates it's based on rumor, if it's based upon anything other than a propagandist's publicist's press release.
